My experience was terrible , tha lady at the desk so rude , give me two bunket beds not two full size beds , i get there like 9pm for traffic on the road, no hot water , old tv with no signal , no phone line i feel like on the 60's plus the lady make me feel unwelcome they need more customer service training i think never come back to that place ..plus one team of kids play soccer 10:30 pm like on the roof of the room because they belong to one selection or team from there ...so i don't recommend this hotel for anuthing

La habitación muy sucia en general. Por fuera fuerte olor a humedad. Instalaciones notablemente descuidadas.

Poner mas atencion en el restaurante (1 solo persona atendiendo y en ocasiones no se da abasto) y tomar en cuenta cuantos huespedes van a ir a los desayunos para que no queden mal con los alimentos

Excelente estancia, me hospede en esa estancia por el cumpleaños de mi hijo y quedó facinado con la alberca , la atención fue muy buena muy amables los trabajadores, lo único que opinaría sería en la cuestión del comedor que no nos llevaron la carta del menú pensé que sería buffet o tener opción de escojer algo diferente, pero eso sí riquísimo lo que nos sirvieron la verdad quedamos muy satisfechos y muy limpio todo y sin duda alguna nos hospedariamos nuevamente en una futura visita muchas gracias
