Nice Hotel with nice service, nothing extraordinary but not bad either

So we stayed in the Holiday Inn Preston for 1 night so my review can only really be brief as we didn’t stay for long - but I will say what I found. The rooms were pretty nice with enough space and had tea and coffee and a tv- all expected so nothing special and beds were very comfy. The location was good as it was 15 munutes walk from the train station. Room service was available till 11pm which was great but we didn’t try anything. We ordered breakfast for an extra £20 and it was decent but nothing special- and I’ve had much better as the bacon wasn’t the best. However it did the job and had lots to offer so that was good and not gonna complain. This was double the cost of most nearby hotels so we expected a little more really , but all in all a decent stay and it was fine. Would come again

Holiday inn Preston an IHG Hotel located at Preston city center, it closed to shopping Center and bus station, tidy and decent room with comfy foam, the staff is professional and friendly, smooth check in. I would definitely Recommend to my friend and family and come back again. highly recommend the breakfast many choice and taste good

The overall experience was amazing ,as a disabled person the staff were polite and super helpful. My first ever stay at the hotel and I will definately be staying and recommending this again. Thank you holiday inn preston.

Great stay! Comfy bed. Needs more tea/coffee facilities in the room

It is a bit far away from the Preston station. The room was quite small and the facilities were old.

We just tried to make the booking on 22/10/2022 and luckily there were still available rooms. We were pretty in a rush that day as we accidentally got our booking canceled in another hotel (not IHG Hotel) and were planning to visit Blackpool. But it seemed that hotels in Blackpool were quite expensive, being unaffordable for students like us haha. So we decided to look for a hotel in Preston and thankfully we got such a fantastic IHG hotel. The staff was quite nice and friendly. We asked for a toothbrush in the morning of the second day and just received it immediately from reception after the call. Positive impression. We did not use many of the facilities, as we just had a buffet (British breakfast) at the second day in the morning. Food is delicious and healthier food and green vegetables were also provided. Really appreciate it as a person who really loves eating vegetables more than meat haha.

Lovely hotel and very easy to find on foot from the train station. Early check in and late check out is not an add on. Requests will be put forward and it’s a chance you have to take on the day. They were very accommodating in letting me check in earlier. Thank you Front of house (reception) Georgia needs extensive training on how to speak to people. I said ‘mate’ in a friendly tone to her colleague. She aggressively told me not to call him that! I apologised and asked if I should be calling him ‘sir’ she said ‘yes, that’s better’ I was so embarrassed, she made me feel like I’d done something awful like swear. I later asked other members of staff if it was offensive to say ‘mate’ in Preston. It isn’t? So then why was I spoken to in such a tone. They said she was probably in a bad mood & took it out on me. THIS IS NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR from any staff member towards a paying guest! The Room Heather is an absolute credit to the team. She had my room ready early. It was immaculately clean when I got there. Beds are very comfortable, I slept like a baby. The domestic team were so kind and helpful at any given moment. Whether it be for extra towels, milk or tbags. Nothing was too much for them. It was a nice view with a window that opens enough to let the breeze in. Ac worked lovely especially with how hot it’s been. Breakfast I’m allergic to eggs. I wanted a warm breakfast. I requested a vegetarian sausage that was eggless. They don’t serve these. Ok I later asked if there was a vegan option. They said the sausage was vegan but not suitable for egg allergy sufferers. So it’s not vegan? It was such an ordeal I just had cereal the first day. They were happy to correct themselves that it was in fact a vegan sausage. If it had been a better experience I would’ve taken pictures. But, to feel like an inconvenience is not an experience I’ve had before in a hotel of this stature.

I had booked the wrong date is was supposed to be for the week after not sure how it happened but they wouldn’t let me change it so I lost my money not great really considering it was an error

非常好的住宿 服務員都很nice 一樓有星巴克可以充電 但是英國的酒店都沒有拖鞋和牙刷 酒店離車站非常近 附近也有很多吃的和Testo樂購

出張で1週間宿泊しましたが、部屋は広く綺麗で、とても快適でした。フロントの女性の方がいつも親切でありがたかったです。 機会があればまた泊まりたいです。 プレストンの駅からはちょっと歩くので、スーツケースなどがある場合はタクシー使ったほうが良いと思います。

Muy bueno el servicio y el personal muy amable

Hotel was erg goed gelegen en de service was goed. De schoonmaak was ook goed al waren er wel een paar dingen aan de hotel kamer die er vies of onverzorgd uitzagen zoals: wc bril, bed frame, vloerbedekking vlekken. Verder was de service goed. Qua faciliteiten was het ook gaaf om een fitness te hebben. Alleen jammer dat je tot savonds laat mensen hoort rennen als je op de 6e etage een kamer hebt. Liever dan geen fitness in het hotel.
