We went there with a tour of 40 people. The refrigerators in the rooms were all locked. They said they are not working but all rooms had the same. We couldn't even drink cold water in hot weather. The hair dryer was not drying at all and we were served a different breakfast (very limited ) compared to other hotel customers which is totally not acceptable .

We stayed with our kids, 9 years old. The rooms are very wide, clean and well furnitured. The crew are very kind. Hotel is very close to city center (cittadella) It s easy to go out for dinner with kids. There s enough parking lots for the hotel customers.

A very comfortable stay in the lovely town of Cittadella. The hotel is central, only a few meters from the city wall. Friendly service and staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay, some more fresh fruit would have been good. Good coffee.

My one-night stay was pretty pleasant. The hotel is located within short walking distance from the city center and also from the train station. My room was ok, but could do with a bit of renovation and some more decorations. Breakfast was fine, and all staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Un ottimo hotel in zona tranquilla ma a dieci minuti dal centro. Grande cortesia ed attenzione al cliente. Servizio impeccabile. Hanno accolto ogni mia richiesta. Colazione con prodotti freschi. Stanze gradevoli e silenziose. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Albergo pulito molto vicino al centro. Stanze calde anche troppo. Unico neo il letto che senza toppe risulta abbastanza rigido. Colazione ricca e buona. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Lo consiglio e se servirà ci tornerò. Per dover di cronaca , si raggiunge il centro di Cittadella in 10 minuti a piedi.

Ma io mi chiedo come vengano attribuite le stelle alle strutture alberghiere? Quattro stelle per un albergo che non ha il bidet e in compenso il pavimento ha le piastrelle rotte, le porte in condizioni pietose, la colazione senza servizio e tante altre magagne che sarebbe troppo lungo star qua a enumerare, fa venire più che fondati dubbi sui criteri con i quali vengono regalate le stelle. Io cerco di dare sempre giudizi positivi ma in questo caso sento il dovere di segnalare almeno quanto sopra.

Parking : très bien beaucoup de place disponible Chambre: Grande équipement un peu vieillot mais grand frigo . Table grande armoire. Isolation: Bruit de chasse dans la salle de bain de pas si quelqu'un court ou marche dans couloirs pas de bruit extérieur Climatisation : efficace un peu bruyante pas de position nuit Besoin d' une carte de chambre pour fonctionner mais n'importe quelle carte convient Salle de bain :Grande équipement date un peu Petit déjeuné :De tout mais pas top qualité salami Hongrois (en Italie???) Rien de tenu au chaud ..pas de recharge des mets manquants. Personnels: Très polie efficace Situation: à 10 minutes à pied de Citadella et pas loin des villes de Castelfranco 14km Bassano del grappa 19km Vicenza 25km pour les visites Venise a 60km env.

Hotel carino e tranquillo. Personale molto affabile e disponibile con particolare riferimento a Francesca e al suo collega del giorno precedente (di cui non so il nome). Buffet internazionale per prima colazione di grande qualità e scelta variegata.
