good location, surrounding have petrol station, many restraurant even chinese food, motel is clean, but bathroom have to improve since wash basin no mixer.. its separately the cold and hot water, and also the shower screen is too old, when take bath water leaking to the dry area, overall is good..

The location of the hotel is just less than 15 minutes to Chrischurch downtown city center.   The room is clean and comfortable.  Even have stove there for some easy cooking.  Bed is clean and also.

Close to the botanical gardens. Rooms needs a bit of renovation, specifically the carpets. Can be a bit noisy with the cars passing.

The room is so warm and so comfortable. Also, it's so quiet that you will be able to relax.

I only stayed 1 night, and I'm relatively new to the South Island. I had to catch the intercity bus and was stressing out I would miss my bus, or go to the wrong bus stop. I went to the office, and after a very patient 12ish minutes (on the lady working in receptions part), she understood what I wanted. She was so lovely. I was waiting until 8am to come and say a huge thank you, but my Uber came early. The heater heated the room up nicely, the pressure of the shower was great. The bed was well made and comfortable. I too am a housekeeper/cleaner and really appreciated coming into a nice, clean environment. If I have anything to say as an improvement, it would be to have a better tea towel. A nothing issue and a $2 fix. I absolutely loved my stay at your motel and highly recommend it.

Very good service and friendly staff, The room is not very soundproof,You can hear the sound of the other room's bathroom being used or even the sounds of them talking But this place is good,Worth the money I spent There's nothing special, but it's not bad.

This accommodation is great - the bed is comfortable- the bathroom is a great style. We were very happy with this motel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Riccarton

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Great location next to major streets in town.

Stay was ok. Beds are not comfortable. Very noisy road. Toilet loud after flushing. Shower very small.
