Check-in is difficult.. There is an address given but in China, that doesn't mean much. Once pictures of the entrance were requested, much better. There is no office, check-in and check-out is done by meeting with the host. There are only two elevators working for 30-story building; wait times exceed ten minutes at busy times of the day and also jammed with people, especially the food delivery people with yellow jackets. Location is excellent, superior even; only 30 seconds walk to subway entrance. MANY restaurants and an underground food court 30 seconds away. Very close to Bayi food street and other famous landmarks. A person can walk to Hongyadong in 10 minutes or so. The room is advertised as two bedrooms but in fact there are no separate rooms, it is one big studio apartment. There is a smal refrigerator but no stove or microwave. Placing see-through curtains near the bed does not make this room a two-bedroom apartment. So privacy is at a minimum. Bathroom is average and shower sprays directly onto the toilet, making awkward to stand and shower. The electric water heater lasts three minutes or so, then the water begins to cool rapidly. AC/空调 is excellent, easily could be too much. I suggest gently moving the vent upwards so that cold air does not blow directly onto the guest. The view is amazing. Overall, a bit pricy and the access to and from the room is difficult, and the room has little privacy. But it is close to the CBD action.
