All rooms in need of updating. Especially bathroom. Toilet was brown in the bottom. Needs to be bleached regulary

We never did stay here, we were dissapointed at the state of the front of the property, dirty, littered and in need of decorating.
Inside was filthy and desperately in need of DIY. We left and stayed elsewhere.

Very friendly and kind welcome from the host . It was a nice quiet stay thank you anď i ll be back when i do my free visit at the aerospace museum in Bristol

Had an amazing and relaxing time, Tarun was excellent and made my stay more enjoyable. Very friendly face and nice person to talk to

Handy location , very poor condition through out. Dirty unkept outside. No one available to make breakfast on second morning. Bed was the only thing I that was. clean.

Great value for money.
Perfect for a couple of nights in chippenham.
It has everything all the other places i've stayed in with the added bonus of a fridge.
Would stay here again.

The breakfast was very good lacking a few items like not ask if wanted tea as no hot water minimal variety cereals,for the money room was basic double,shower was good but hot water in basin took long time to come through

We were visiting family who have moved to the area. This was the nearest accommodation available. We had seen the reviews, we were aware of what to expect. You can not find cheaper accommodation than The Pines. Staff delightful. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was very comfortable, we all slept well. The decor isn’t the most up to date but if you want somewhere super fancy and trendy, you will pay a lot more than this.
