Great hotel - all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to many places to shop and eat. The breakfast is much better than expected with made to order omelettes. Room was clean and comfortable. Delicious cookies at the front desk.

This is my go-to Hotel when traveling to Chico to see my Daughter and her family. It is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is consistently good.

Housekeeping wasn’t automatic. I found out after the first day that it had to be requested. Ditto about a safe.

I've stayed here many times and enjoy their complimentary happy hour beverages as well as made to order breakfast. Lately, they have been offering particularly good discounted rates. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. On the downside, they don't offer daily room service anymore and on my last stay, one of my two TV's in the room wasn't connected, and I picked someone else's hair off my bedsheet! If booking here and wanting a quiet room, get one facing East (away from the highway).

Clean and adventure cat friendly with spacious comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal if you plan on taking up the trails in Butte Creek Canyon. Also, walking distance to major retailers and shops, and a gas station near by for a quick fill up before heading to enjoy the great outdoors.

The staff was very friendly I appreciated the free drink ticket for each night of stay. The rooms were clean and beautiful! The hotel was clean and very nice, everything was very accommodating and I would definitely stay there again and again.
