No much amenities in the hotel just the room, the front desk was helpful when I left my phone in the room. Room was clean and everything you need in an apartment was present. Somehow I haven’t got the type of room I booked…

Great location! Clean room. It had a smell to it but it was all good. We’ll stay again.

후기가 없어 걱정했지만 사진과 똑같은 시설 편한 체크인 체크아웃 지하철역과는 거리가 있지만, 주변 식당이나 마트가 가까워서 장보기에 편리했고 네이비피어까지 도보 5-10분 정도면 갈수있어서 접근성이 좋았음. 깨끗하고 조용해서 추천! 해가지면 거리가 유독 어둡긴함

Well located, clean and comfortable. Close to tourist destinations. Only problem was noise from fitness room above our unit with weights being dropped on floor above our head during the night.

Our particular room was outfitted nice, but the entire thing was painted a dark brown and had min light. Very dark overall and no door on the bedroom. The AC vent was also right smack over the bed and the pull out sofa. So every time it turned out, it woke you up!

They cancelled my reservation an hour before we were set to check in, calling it merely a "systems issue." Left us in the lurch. Very unprofessional.

I’ve stayed at a ton of Sonder across Chicago, and I can confidently say the one on the Onterie, located in Magnificent Mile is hands down the best. It’s me and my wife’s first time at this location, and we’re blown away by how modern, clean, and spacious it is. Everything felt fresh and well thought out, perfect for a comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Five of us stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath for the weekend. The property was spotless, location was fantastic, and the interactions we had with staff were pleasant. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Highly recommend!!!

Super funcional, localização excelente, próximo de pontos de ônibus, cafeterias, mercados - WholeFood e Target - e da Michigan Av. É possivel ir a pé até pontos turísticos, como The Bean, Magnificent Mile e RiverWalk. O quarto estava arrumado, limpo e organizado, com mobília nova e super funcional. A academia não estava funcionando. Poucas vezes encontramos alguém na portaria, então o acesso se dá quase que exclusivamente pelo código numérico. Ha locker para guardar as malas, numa sala com armários com trava que nao acomodam todas as malas, entao pode ser que tenha que deixar sua bagagem dentro dessa sala, sem trava. Ha estacionamento no local - USD 41 a diária.
