Elegant hotel with pretty decoration. Quiet room and comfy bed. Surrounding has no night life and need GRAB for sightseeing and shopping.

Location: 10-15mins walk to the gate. Quiet at night. Good distance for Sunday Market
Room: spacious, clean , comfortable bed
Service: staff is not really helpful.
Swimming pool: small but not too packed
Overall: Px is bit too high, low CP value

Located in the prime old town area. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants within 15-20mins.
This hotel is rather a boutique style with limited parking spaces. The building itself is remodeled from an ancient mansion with plenty of updated functionality. However, the room is small in Thailand standard. The biggest downside is the inadequate furnitures, such as a small table and sofa.
Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor where a wooden staircase connected to the main building. Food is served a-la-cart style with unlimited breakfast sets you can an order.

Very good hotel! Quiet but near police stations and 7-11, near main road so got so many street food! Will choose again next time when visit chiang mai with my family

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely establishment recently and I must say that the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place for relaxation. The decoration is stunning, with a unique style that I have never seen before. The staff were very attentive and even brought coconut water to my room shortly after check-in, which was a refreshing touch. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the availability of a juicer for fresh juices was a great addition that I appreciated. In the afternoon, there was a tea corner with a delightful selection of sweets and small cakes that were not only delicious but also presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that these treats were provided for free. Overall, I was very impressed by my stay and will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Service is really bad but hotel is really nice and comfortable, front desk people are rude , they let me wait for long time even room is ready they are busy with their things but room is really beautiful and clean I would love to stay again but when I think about their service I have to think about .

The hotel is in the old town of Chiang Mai. Location is good with a temple view, room size is big. The breakfast was so so tho.

I have visited Chiang Mai several times and decided to book this new hotel as its style was very similar to a boutique hotel I had stayed in before. The room amenities and details were decent for the price of almost 6,000 THB per night. However, the breakfast offered for guests who stay for a few days was not very friendly, with a single type of food that didn't change. Unfortunately, the level of service from some front desk staff could also be improved.
On my last day, I asked the hotel to call a taxi for me, but the price was much more expensive than using GRAB or BOLT. I was pressed for time, so I had no choice but to take the taxi. However, the taxi driver gave a tip to the front desk staff who called him, which was confusing to me. During the ride, the driver not only tried to sell me tour packages but also attempted to raise the fare. This behavior really undermined the hotel's image and quality.
