Nice breakfast, good location, with bottle water daily, nice staff, but inside room can hear car and aeroplane sound.

A convenient place to stay with kids. I had a great time staying here with my two little kids. Walking distance with MAYA Shopping mall and Chiang Mai University. We also visited Zoom which is not far from the hotel. We went there by motorcycle. Overall, clean and nice hotel where I will come and stay next time.

Room is big. Near Nimman area with a 20 mins walk. There is a morning market at the back of the hotel but it is only for take away.

Slightly dated but fully functional hotel about 5 minutes bike-ride from Nimmanhaemin. There are no shops or restaurants nearby the hotel so location was not the most convenient but service was excellent at the front desk. If you are a solo traveler traveling by bike the location is not an issue. The airport is about 15-20 minutes away by car, depending in traffic. Rooms are slightly dated but did not have any issues with the amenities or facilities. Drainage was normal and did not emit any foul smells as most dated hotels usually do. Hygiene could be improved in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Kokotel Hotel in Chiang Rai and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers great value for money with clean, modern rooms that are comfortable and well-maintained. The minimalist design of the rooms creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect after a long day of sightseeing.

Underwhelming. I gave up my Diamond Accor membership because of the behaviours of staff at their hotel in Bangkok. Disappointing. I was encouraged to try again. But .. It was the same here. The staff at hotels in the 21st Century are too often more important than the guests. That's the female ego. Shared by queers. It's the new norm. I know you are the customer but I need to make your stay all about me. And my ******.

宜必思連鎖酒店比較滿意。兩家宜必思相距400米，選擇了西側性價比較高的這一家。出門100米711，向西600米清邁大學正門（還有食品市場），向東900米寧曼路瑪雅購物中心。出門就是國道，在當地一日遊接送範圍內。唯一的缺點就是坐落兩條主幹道的交角，有點吵，睡覺輕的勿噴。宜必思的會員贈送早餐以外的咖啡或者泰茶。

ห้องพักที่ได้รับ เป็นห้องพักมุม และได้รับเสียงจากเครื่องบินขึ้นลงจนถึงตีสามและตอนเช้าทำให้เราหลับไม่สนิท ว่าจะไม่กลับไปพักอีก . ไม่เหมาะแก่การพักทำงานครับ
