Grand One Tower

Location is near tomapollo, amenities and service are good. Hotel does not have breakfast provision.

It was a very pleasant stay, all the staff were well behaved and the hotel is awesome very neat and clean

Stay was fantastic and most importantly it is located at prime location where you can find nearby hospitals and daily need things. Only one negative feedback which is common in the hotel is the bathroom tiles which is very dangerous for slipping to anybody once it is wet. Otherwise all thing is good and hospitality was great. Not at all near to sankara nethralaya. Manager was highly unprofessional. Charged extra 2800 rs just bcz i forgot my jacket in room. Even though i hardly stayed in room. Vary bad ambiance. Think before booking this hotel

Came for us consulate. Good location and clean place for a day stay. Just a mile from embassy.

The stay was pretty good! but a few things i would kike to mention is there were few basic items missing in the room like a watch, tissue box, iron, blow drier etc

Ac was getting switched off every 12 minutes, even after reporting it was not rectified. The door handle was not there to open the door. Every time, we have to call the person to open the door.

The staff were good but there is construction going on the top floor which wasn't comfortable at all and there was lot of noise related to drilling, hammering etc etc. Many a times i informed the hotel staff but they did not stop stating that they paid the workers and to adjust. Couldn't sleep all through the day and there is no peace at all. I traveled for a consulate work which finished in the morning and i had to stay in the hotel all day and it was not at all comfortable stay. Also, there was no hot water in the morning and when informed during checkout, the staff expected to call them and inform & they wouldn't have taken care, i don't understand how can someone call & inform once entered the bathroom. Overall the stay was average, except giving an early checkin there was nothing good to say. I checked out early as well so i don't think that also can be considered as a favor.

Good neat rooms. Very near to apollo hospital. Can provide complimentary breakfast in the future
