Just awesome. The hotel is beautifully designed but we booked the hotel and were not informed that the normal breakfast room is closed due to construction, which was annoying (therefore the reduction of the rating). Service is awesome!

Highly recommended location to stay in chengdu in a heritage hotel. Loads of food nearby and walking distance to nearby tourist attraction as well as train station too! Breakfast was great with wide variety and tasty as well.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It was not just accommodation but an experience! Thoughtfully prepared environment, coupons for tea, a photoshoot - the whole experience was rejuvenating and made me feel so special On the last day the owner waited for my taxi with me and made it feel like a family member was seeing me off Must stay! Great location! Great breakfast and a heavenly bed!!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for 2 nights, it is located around the lively neighborhood area and 15 to 20 mins walking distance to Chunxi Road and Taikooli. The entire hotel highlights the heritage and environment preservation as you can see from room amenities and interior design. The hotel staffs showed their hospitality with heart and care, especially Mr. Cui who initiated small talk with us whenever he saw us. Hotel breakfast was decent with adequate selection of local cuisine. We also booked the photography session with professional photographer, highly recommend to book in advance. We would definitely visit again whenever we come to Chengdu!

We were very satisfied. The rooms are very good with a unique design. The small terrace with the spring is really good. Also the breakfast with the fresh noodles and dumplings is convincing. We would come back for another stay

This is an impressive little hotel prized with great designs and heritage, as the name suggests. What really touched our hearts was the top-notch service and hospitality extended by its managers and staff. Our kids, obviously, enjoyed it so much and named it the “best hotel room ever”!

The room is absolutely stunning, and the service was amazing! The location isn’t too far from downtown and the shopping area 💕💕✨✨ I’ll definitely book this room again in the future 💕💕

Wonderful hotel that was perfect for my family of 3 adults and 2 young children. We were upgraded to the room with a slide, and the little ones enjoyed it tremendously throughout the four nights we stayed there. There were some lovely extras included in our package - family photos taken by a professional photographer at no extra charge, delicious breakfast, and complimentary evening dessert each night sent to our room. What truly made our stay extraordinary was the service. After checkout, our five year old daughter left her backpack in the didi and the driver left it at the police station. The hotel staff went out of their way to retrieve it from the police station, and bring it to us at Chengdu East station the next day! Truly going above and beyond. The room and environment were also very comfortable - clean, modern and yet full of atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!
