Both Tracy (Car Lobby) and Yina (Reception Counter) should be applauded for their willingness and going the extra mile for us. Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. Management should look at rewarding them for their qualities. Tracy (大厅） 和 Yina （前台） 的服务精神很应该被表扬。 他们两在我们入住期间很尽心尽力的服务，包括从行李寄存，处理我们的包裹退回，到回答我们的问题都尽力到底。 让我们这次的旅途很愉快。管理层应该提拔，表扬这两位员工。

Very nice and clean room. The room come with AI for curtain, light control etc. the price is acceptable . Just below the hotel is one of the biggest mall in Chengdu city

This hotel has very friendly staff and provides excellent food, clean facilities and great location. The views from the hotel are great too.

It’s definitely a very nice hotel. The location is excellent right next to MixC one of the best malls in Chengdu. The facilities inside the room are excellent. A view of the city is a bonus. A buffet breakfast is very good.

Really nice hotel, the personnel always kind although not all of them speak English. On the first day there was a smell on the hallway ok my floor but on the next day it disappeared. The name of the hotel is not updated in the different apps because when I looked for the hotel it appears another one. The room was really nice and the breakfast was also nice. I recommend this hotel

Average room, substandard front desk service, staff didn't mention anything about the promo, asked the staff when checkout, sadly to redeem the promotional item, I have to forward to the actual retail shop, end up empty handed. Not worth trying, pointless service, unusual collab promotion

Fabulous hotel. Great interior decoration. High quality furnishings. All the staff from concierge, to front desk to housekeeping are extremely helpful and key staff speak English. The rooms are beautiful, well decorated and high quality bedding. It is very quiet and comfortable. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, teapot and free use minibar. The room has an excellent hairdryer and steamer for clothes. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast is top. There is a lovely roof garden to enjoy tea on a sunny day. It is a 10 min taxi ride to Chengdu east station and the hotel is located above the MixC shopping complex.

Hotel had a very good view of the city (clear and unblocked). Very good location with the shopping mall below. Very good service staff and my family and I had extended one more day at the hotel because we enjoyed it so much.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Chengdu. Great location with many food options, and not far from the heart of Chengdu. Very clean and new. The gym is a bit small but overall ok!

The hotel is connected to a very big shopping mall with good restaurants, KTV and good shoppings. There is also a massage place near by so it’s a great location but it’s not right at downtown so you can see if you are interested in the mall first. The staff is very nice, the first night I stayed there, I already saw someone a ****** to his room. I mentioned it to the hotel manager, he checked the CCTV and handled it professionally. Breakfast is yummy! I enjoyed my stay.

I had a pleasant time at the hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed in Chengdu. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff also provided great service. The room was comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. Overall, a positive experience that contributed to an enjoyable stay. The Mumian Chengdu is on top of a huge retail mall (MixC) and connected to the Metro Line 4 at Shuangqiao Road station through exit C. The Metro gives it great connectivity to the rest of Chengdu. The hotel itself is very new and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Service is outstanding - in particular the concierge went above and beyond in arranging a phone card for us and also 3 tours to various venues. One downside is that most staff are not comfortable communicating in English - but that is a common problem, not unique to this hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay.
