"I booked the Crowne Plaza Jingmen for some peace and relaxation and it didn’t disappoint. From the time I stepped into their magnificent lobby, I was greeted with great hospitality. Lip Ou exhibited 5 star service to me from his warm welcoming smile and professional demeanor, my stay was off to a great start. I was delighted to hear him speaking English with such easy to me as he warmly welcomed me. My short stay was very pleasant and I truly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very friendly as they walked by. My room was very clean and comfortable and Lip made sure all my requests were promptly met. I enjoyed the pool and the buffet as well. I will definitely be back to this hotel every time I need a getaway from my city Yichang. Thank you Lip and all the staff for your great hospitality and service."
