This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay.

I booked the Crowne Plaza Jingmen for some peace and relaxation and it didn’t disappoint. From the time I stepped into their magnificent lobby, I was greeted with great hospitality. Lip Ou exhibited 5 star service to me from his warm welcoming smile and professional demeanor, my stay was off to a great start. I was delighted to hear him speaking English with such easy to me as he warmly welcomed me. My short stay was very pleasant and I truly enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very friendly as they walked by. My room was very clean and comfortable and Lip made sure all my requests were promptly met. I enjoyed the pool and the buffet as well. I will definitely be back to this hotel every time I need a getaway from my city Yichang. Thank you Lip and all the staff for your great hospitality and service.

Here for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There's a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, but it might not suit the western palate too well. Location is great work-wise, but it's some distance away from the nearest mall so it depends on what you prioritize during your stay.

My family and I stayed for 1 night in a private Hot Spring room. Would definitely recommend to stay there. The amenities, service and breakfast are all excellent. We will be back again.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
