This is our third stay at PBV and I’m already looking forward to coming back. We booked a two bedroom cottage and couldn’t have been happier with the space and cleanliness. Housekeeping does an outstanding job here. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen makes breakfast and lunch prep easy if desired. I spent several lovely hours reading my book on the porch in between trips to the beach. Until next time!

Exactly what we expected based on reviews. Nice private setting in the gardens with bamboo pool/jacuzzi and koi fish pond. Super clean cozy rooms. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Little too close to main road but somehow that didn’t interrupt our sleep much.

Loved this place. Great location. Easy to get wherever you wish to go. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very accommodating. But the property is AMAZING. So beautiful and serene. And Johnny’s blueberry muffins are a must!! Best I’ve ever had. Brought some back to Ohio with me. The hydrangeas on Chatham were unbelievable. Can’t wait to go back.

The grounds are immaculate and so unique. The rooms and generous size and have special touches like artwork and ceramic pieces that you normally would not see in a hotel. The staff is so friendly and informative Third visit or fourth maybe but I will be back this season!

So relaxing! The grounds are impeccably kept. The pool and hot tub are very clean and in lovely surroundings. We had an Executive Deluxe room, and it was very comfortable. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Just outstanding.

The absolute best!! Three of us stayed in a deluxe room with balcony. It overlooked a small waterfall and greenery. Just what we needed after a hectic summer. Soooo serene. Everything about the place was just perfect. Rooms were pristine, grounds were lush and well kept, and the convenience of being able to order a full breakfast (which was fantastic) on site was sooo convenient. Brought our food and ate poolside. Everyone was so friendly. And can’t forget mentioning Bear! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Pleasantly surprised by how extremely clean the room was and such peaceful surroundings. So glad we chose this place for 2 nights stay in Cape Cod area. Would love to come back again! Even has laundry on site so managed to do a load as we are travelling for 10 days.

Great place to stay, we will stay there again! Perfect location to easily allow for other sight seeing to either the east or west in the Cape. The entire property was spotless and the staff were very responsive and courteous. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

We have visited Chatham for several years and always stay at this lovely resort where desk staff along w/all the others are friendly and welcoming. The unique grounds are beautifully maintained along w/the pool area as well. Peter, Josh and Johnny have always been very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay fun & interesting!
