For some reason, apparently standard operating procedure at this property is to leave the front desk unstaffed UNTIL someone yells "is anyone here?" I had waits ranging from 2-3 minutes to get service to step from the office behind the desk - apparently there's no camera system to show that a customer is approaching - between 2:45-3:30 for various reasons. But the topper was when I informed the clerk who took over at 3 that my television was not working - this after trying various remotes. All she offered was a "what is it NOT doing?" I explained that it was inoperable. Did she respond with, "So sorry, sir, we'll have someone come by the room to investigate?" NO. Did she offer to put me in a different room, given that I had just been in this one less than an hour? NO! The lack of followup was really disconcerting.
