We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view. The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions. The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum. Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation. Strategic location, a 5mins walk to the ancient city.

Great clean and modern place, fantastic location walkable to the lake and the gate street. Loved the rooftop, good for photos, watched the bridge light show from there. Nice staff, friendly to us foreigners too. Would stay again!

Great stay at Chaocheng! The friendly staff really made our stay (especially 小张/小许). It's alittle further from the main area (Guangji Bridge etc) but still very walkable. Being near a didi pickup point is a plus

Walking distance to 牌坊街, the main tourist attraction in the area. Great service and lovely staff. Bed is not as comfortable but location is perfect for a 1 night stay.

This new hotel (opened in 2023) is in a great location for exploring Pia Fang Street and Zhong Shan Road. It is located right at the north end of Tai Ping Street. Also only a few blocks from the river and the old city wall. We had a family room for 3 of us, one room with a queen bed and an adjoining room (no door) with a bunk bed. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We even liked the short walk down the street to the Hotel breakfast canteen. There is also a lovely East Lake coffee shop around the corner. Our only complaint was the beds were hard.

位置很好找，位於牌坊街街尾，環境很好，房間整潔乾淨，有智能馬桶、老闆人很好，推薦了好吃好玩的地方，西馬路小吃很多，芝麻茶是真好喝，江對面的韓上樓推薦去品嚐一下，菜品精緻，色香味俱佳。下次再來還住這裏，很贊！

第一次來潮州旅遊，選擇了這家酒店，超乎預估，服務是完完全全到位，而且也有具體的旅遊攻略介紹，有什麼不懂的，前台妹妹都會詳細告知。這是我見過最有性價比的酒店，沒有之一。房間總體感覺也是很OK，尤其還有一個天台，風景超讚！！

放假帶全家出門旅遊 這家酒店給我留下特別好的印象！從服務到設施都非常出色。酒店是一個橙色調的風格 進門就有一個拍照打卡牆 前台美女還給小朋友送了玩具 一家老小都特別滿意。早餐吃的是本地的特色 潮州腸粉好好吃！酒店還提供了免費的水和水果，整體感覺非常不錯！

與朋友一起週末到潮州玩，攜程選了這家酒店看評價還不錯，位置就在古城區內。到店發現屬於小而美那種，其中很多細節做的很到位，細微之處能打動人心，也算對得起價格。頂樓還有一個天台花園，風景不錯。第二天用了早餐，吃本地特色早餐，味道不錯，也讓人很舒服。前台服務還是不錯的，幾個小妹看到進出有打招呼問好，讓人暖心，值得五星好評。

第一次到潮州，网上隨便选的一家酒店，沒想到出乎意料的好。前台小张，小易兩位小姑娘非常热情，态度亲切，我订的是大床房，空间很大，也很新，还是江景房，每天逛街累了，有浴缸能泡澡，还配有一次性浴缸袋。早餐是路口配合的肠粉店，口味也很好，不因为是送的早餐而減料，真的是很值得推薦的一家酒店。
