The level of Yoga education provided by Dr. Chintamani and his team is exceptional. Perfectly structured asana and pranayama classes, alignment workshops, deep dive into the yoga philosophy or yoga anatomy classes lead by medical doctors. The environment of the academy has such a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. The facilities are of very high standards and the food? Balanced, nutritious and absolutely delicious! I spent two months studying at this beautiful place and the change I have undergone on a physical, mental and spiritual level is far beyond what I thought was possible in such a short time. I believe anyone will benefit from this amazing experience.

Namaste!! What an amazing 28 days experience I have had at Nepal Yoga Academy and Retreat. My journey with yoga has been so wonderful that I feel like I am leaving back a place that felt like home. I had come to this academy with my father. We had taken the RYT-200 hrs yoga course. Chintamani Guruji has been an amazing teacher and guru for me. All the yoga Asana sessions, philosophy sessions, and Anatomy lessons were great and I learned a lot. This has been one of the most amazing months for me here. With the Covid 19 pandemic going on, our stay was wonderful and amazing. All safety precautions and protocols were taken regarding sanitation, food, and stay. Just a small note to all the teens who are out there. It's the best time now to learn yoga and develop a habit of it. It's just not benefiting our body, it helps us to stay calm and relax our soul too. Apart from everything, the facilities are top-notch, the helping staff is very helpful. The food and healthy drinks they provide you are very healthy and homely. Thanks to the wonderful team of Guru Chintamani for taking us forward in the best direction which we can follow and carry throughout our life. To all the people out there, yes you should definitely come here to Nepal Yoga Academy and Retreat. The experience would be amazing and peaceful. Thank You, Guruji and his team

Very cool place to learn how to teach yoga. Everyone is very kind, food is good and surroundings are beautiful. Dr. Chintamani knows how to teach his subject and he is a funny guy. Definitely recommend.
