My second time staying here. Loved the service, cleanliness and location. The housekeeping team noticed that we loved their tea bags and left us a note to inform that they are giving us more of the teabags. Was also sick during the trip and they probably noticed that I downed many bottles of mineral water + meds on the table. They gave me more bottles of water than usual during their housekeeping duties. Love their attention to details and truly enjoyed my stay there! Scenery from the room was perfect as well.

Hotel service is good. They try their very best to provide you the best request. Specially thanks to 欢乐 she really go all the way out to assist you. Breakfast also good! Chinese restaurant food also superb good. Only location is far from town. Overall good hotel.

A lovely hotel. Good service and waived the deposit fee when I was bemused by it at a 5 star hotel. Great room and good hotel.

It was a great, cozy and super duper clean hotel. Got all the amenities needed. Walkable distance to the Beichen Delta Metro Station. Nearby shopping mall as well. Highly recommended and value for money!

服務：13點入住的，前台小姐姐很好地幫我升級了景觀更好的房間，貼心，有歡迎水果 設施：有機器人送外賣服務，很方便旁邊就是大悦城有很多吃的，配了小冰箱 衞生：衞生間乾濕分離，空間很大，但智能馬桶 環境：房間乾淨明亮，景觀好，視野開闊 下次來長沙玩，還會考慮入住的

沒認真寫過這個評價的 一個月怎麼得也得在長沙住四天酒店的 好點的瑞吉 W 也住過 差點的歡朋希爾頓也住過 商業酒店來説 這家酒店的開業時間 環境 衞生 包括隔音哈 綜合水準 長期住的話 我覺得性價比是最高的 所以後麪一直都住在這裏了 為什麼想着寫這個評論還是因為我每次入住都需要空氣凈化器 和從來不要水果 但是這次他們送錯了 其實是一件很小的事情 但是管理層無比的重視 讓我覺得這家酒店無比的值 甚至在最後還送了軍兒家的充電寶 吹爆這家的服務哈謝謝 生意最大的套路是真誠 那就買點周邊跟多住幾次吧多吃幾次 39 樓吧 哦對 三十九樓的肉醬意粉也很正宗

不是第一次入住了 這幾年來長沙首選都是北辰國薈 吃住方便 附近好多熱門餐廳和飲品店 地理位置出行方便 這次為我們升級到了江景房環境好到不行 視野開闊 這次服務碰上了永琪 態度和服務都超好 整體體驗依舊是滿分 下次還是會繼續選擇這裏

我們的接待的人員,Nakisha, 態度非常好，而且熱忱服務，我想在這裡特別的表揚她。 還有酒店的北辰里中餐廳的副經理，很熱心的介紹餐廳特色菜點，為顧客提供最佳服務，我也非常喜歡，可惜不記得她的名字。還有在大堂歡迎大家來到酒店的服務員也非常好，體貼入微，值得讚揚。其他工作人員都很友善親切。我推薦長沙北辰國薈酒店給大家。

這次入住北辰國薈酒店的體驗很好，前台小周給我們升級了高樓層江景房間，夜晚景觀超級棒，可以看到湘江燈光秀。在這裏着重感謝一下李經理，入住時候長沙有30度左右，一開始房間衹能開暖氣，酒店經理李經理在聽到我們需求後，立馬去協調，並且給了幾個方案，也調整了空調問題，還主動到房間親自幫我們測試了空調，服務態度很好，切切實實的幫我們解決了問題，真的是最近住過服務、設施最好的酒店了～ 設施和地理位置方面，酒店地段很好，去哪都不遠，而且不會像五一廣場那麼吵和堵車，酒店也是剛開沒幾年的，設施很新，下次有機會還來長沙的話還會選擇這家酒店的。
