On arrival my room wasn't ready we had booked and paid extra for an early check-in but that service was not available at this hotel so after driving 420 miles we just wanted to rest and unpack but we ended up having to go to the morrisons across the road to use the facility and ea.t the receptionist seemed very uninterested in her job and did not care that we had paid extra for the early check-in and just said you will have to wait, I rang customer relations and they were very helpful, we returned to the receptionist and told her we had spoken with them and only then did she manage to give us another room that was already available. Overall the experience was disappointing. The availability of space in the restaurant was very limited and we had to book in early each day to ensure there was a place.
