Indeed it is a nice hotel. Staff are kind and collaborative. Breakfast is so good! They have oriental and continental breakfast, although oriental one has more varierity choices. The bed of our room was comfortable but small, maybe 135-140cm wide. Amazing views to the city from our 35th floor room. Not bad located if you are going to pick up a didi :)

Far from subway station, main entrance is at basement so most taxi drivers will just drop you along the main road and you have to drag your luggage through the mall. Lack clear signage. No disposable slippers provided. Front desk service lukewarm. View from the room is good. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Clean and comfortable but showing signs of age.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

Checking and late checkout was pretty smooth and customer oriented. Our son liked the big swimming pool very much, even though the water is a bit cold. Breakfast view on floor 43 is awesome and the buffet feature more Chinese cuisine which is totally fine. Food was a bit cold, but tasty. Would come back for sure next time we travel to Changsha.

Clean rooms, big swimming pool and very nice breakfast selection which was free for children too. Staff were super friendly and very quick to help whenever we needed anything. Will definitely come again!

Upmarket 4star hotel, rooms were spacious and well kept, has coffee lounge, and good breakfast facilities. Close to all types of shopping and restaurants. Facilities within hotel gym/swimming pool etc easy to access and well maintained. Will definitely stay again on future visits

6/10 The hotel location is good right next to the mall and convenient to go around just a little bit hard to find way in. I chose the hotel because i wanna spend my last day in China with the pool and sauna turnt out the day i checked in the pool and sauna were closed 😭. The room was ok clean and tiny not much space to unpack my stuff. The staff were great

The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with two convenient stores downstairs. Hotel staff were helpful. The rooms were dated though. Yellowish water came out from the bathroom faucet we had to change room.

The hotel is a 5min walk from Wenchangge Metro station away which takes you directly to Wuyi Square by taking the Line 1. Overall the Hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. Also Breakfast has everything you need.

Totally worth it!!! We loved the place and the amenities are super great. We stayed for one night but would have stayed for more. The location couldn’t be better, near most touristic location and very centric, also super good for rest. For those worrying about swimwear, they also sell some by the swimming pool.

Convenient and comfortable with easy checkout

The service was really really good! I contacted them before coming and they helped to get a taxi waiting at the airport, even the day after they helped me book a car to the train station which help a lot for my travel. They even helped me with my luggage, and if you have any problems just ask them and they will definitely try to help you as much as they can. The room is also clean and big! The scenery is awesome, you can enjoy night city views and transportation is also easy just walk for around 5mins and you will get to the subway. Even buying food and things are convenient since there is a mall right below it.
