Generally positive vibes for this place and booked it because it ranked high on being one of the top instagrammable places. But felt a little overdone in terms of the deco and smoking is permitted. Some rooms are good for families and some are not so better get the staff to check out the rooms with you first. They are friendly and warm so do ask! There’s a huge giraffe in each room which takes up some space and the lighting control can be better. Breakfast variety was ok but taste wise is great. Overall good experience but will only stay once~

Xian Long the hotel management, was very friendly and helpful , he assist to get an international plug at 12.30 am in the morning and to help us to deliver food to our room. The room we stayed was clean and big enough. The complimentary snacks were nice to have .. overall the service was excellent.

Hotel was really clean and big, very spacious and luxurious. Wished we had more time here! ☺️ Breakfast had a very large selection including cakes and desserts as well. Checkout served by Eva and Jerry

這幾天體驗下來還不錯，每天都有主動詢問衞生，打掃很及時。酒店周邊牛肉粉和臭豆腐等小吃應有盡有，是一個遊玩居住的好選擇。房間空間挺大的，毛巾浴巾還有一個專門的小櫃子放置，洗手枱旁邊的裝飾牆很漂亮，閃閃發光。

這家酒店非常有特色，是以多個洲的元素進行裝飾的，不論前台還是其他服務人員都很積極迴應。酒店周邊離地鐵口和潮宗街、冬瓜山景點也非常近，自帶的停車場可以免費掃碼出入，就很人性化。下次有機會再來體驗一下其他風格。

酒店有提前問詢我的需求，幫忙安排了樓層高一點的房間，下次有機會可以體驗一下朝小區的房間。這裏旁邊就是潮宗街，房間的擺設和裝飾品特別小巧精緻，還有特製袋子和鞋拔，很貼心，下次有機會再來體驗，推薦一下。

前台服務很不錯，四樓有免費的健身房跟洗衣房，酒店位置也很方便，旁邊就是地鐵站，景點打卡都很方便，天心閣跟文和友就在酒店附近，旁邊就有很多長沙特色美食，大堂還有咖啡吧可以使用下午茶，很推薦，房間設計感十足，性價比很高

有在這家酒店住幾天，整體體驗下來，感覺還是不錯的，值得推薦一下！房間衞生到位，看起來就讓人很舒服。對於住酒店休息就很重要，房間的床墊和枕頭就是我喜歡的軟軟的，睡得好才有精力玩的好，哈哈哈。附近景點也是超方便，潮宗街和五一、國金都在這。
