Good hotel at changchun clean and quiet will come again certainly!

We got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

We really enjoyed our trip as a family in a Deluxe room. Very convenient to use the hot springs, restaurant with delicious Chinese food, breakfast also great (not too many 'western' things though, but great Chinese food). The service both of restaurant staff and hotel staff was excellent - a big "thank you" to Mr Wang Chunsheng, who took great care of us!

The staff was super awkward upon arrival. I tried to check in and this girl laughed in my face and said there was a 3000 yuan deposit for the room. I said fine and she stood there open-mouthed just staring at me with very bad breath. Two other hotel guests had to get involved in helping me check in. When I asked what the problem was, in Chinese, they told me they are afraid of foreigners....

感謝酒店管家張宇佳的熱情服務，有問必答，還準備了歡迎水果盤，因為退房當天6點多就要退房，沒有時間吃早餐，張經理提前準備了早餐包給我們，非常nice！客房服務員還準備了玫瑰花茶，很貼心，前台和温泉的服務人員都特別熱情、友好，入住期間感覺非常好👍

房間很寬敞 前台小姐姐很熱情 有問題都會很忙幫解決 入住還送了小布丁和包包正好裝隨身的物品 非常貼心 出去吃晚餐回來幫我們把房間打掃乾淨了 還準備了小紙條 早餐種類很豐富吃的很飽 非常滿意的體驗～

在網上訂了房間，酒店接待人員提前加了我微信，知道要自駕去酒店，還很貼心的發送了酒店的定位，我帶着家人想給兒子過生日，小姐姐還幫忙精心佈置了一下，給孩子一個小驚喜和美好的回憶，到了酒店小姐姐還幫忙拿行李送到房間，還詳細的告訴了早餐和温泉時間，因為孩子很喜歡泡澡，訂的房間沒有浴缸，酒店還幫忙升級到有浴缸的房間，還送了水果、布丁，額外幫忙申請了一張温泉票，服務態度超級好，很熱情，酒店的設施也很漂亮，早餐自助還不錯，中餐很好吃，温泉裏面的還有遊樂設施，體驗感非常好是一次很棒的體驗。尤其所到之處，工作人員熱情有禮，服務周到有專業素質，酒店服務非常棒，建築設施也很漂亮，孩子玩的很開心，下次還會來酒店玩。🎉🎉

之前一直就聽朋友説國信温泉很好 這次自己去體驗真的不能衹用滿意來形容了 因為訂房較晚 當時需要的房型沒有了 到店以後管家小姐姐看到我們帶了孩子 自動幫我們升級了房間 送回房間 前台點小哥哥也超級棒 早餐的種類很多 温泉的環境也很好 服務人員熱心貼心 會提供飲品 所到之處都有迎來送往聲 真的讓人覺得賓至如歸了
