Don't consider going to this hotel. The staff are rude and terrible experience and service. Try the other hotels

Hello, my company booked a room for me. you do not deserve 4 stars. 1/Are you tasting the breakfast and visiting the room you invoice ? See the picture of the room … then you’ll see what you get for the price. It’s maximum 2 stars. Croissant served was from the day before!!!! I explained my feelings, the manager did not take one minute for listening.

Our stay was ok. Room ok and staff were nice. But the hotel is quite dated and does not look like the pictures. It is more like an «oh, nice» said slightly sarcastically. But it is good value and good location.

Booked ourselves a Superior Suite at close to 140€ for a 2 day Christmas getaway. While Ceuta by itself was well decorated, and the location of the hotel was dead centre - we were taken aback by the condescending attitude at the reception. Our room.was double the price of the standard room, and yet the Receptionist told us that the restaurant was fully booked - there would be no space for us on Christmas day.

Booked the more expensive room - a Superior Suite (about 140€/night) to celebrate our wedding anniversary on Christmas eve, having driven all the way from Meknes and a border crossing from Morocco to Spain. A very much prison warden like welcome - to be told that our request to have our Christmas eve dinner at the Hotel restaurant wasn't conaidered - they had not bothered to reply. The room was large, spacious, but not a suite for sure. The attitude was quite condescending. Subsequently we found every restaurant turning us away as they were full. Eventually had a late lunch at a lovely Chinese restaurant nearby. The streets were quite animated and packed... but magically by 10.00 everything quietened down and the whole place kind of became ghost townish. We asked for room service, only to be told off that we couldnt get anything...not even a coffee!! Finally picked up some bread n bananas and some whisky at a small conveinence store (also run by a friendly chinese couple).. spend the night very upset at the Hotel. I did go back to the Chinese restaurant who remained possibly the only place open - Really surprised by the attitude of the staff and the restaurants we tried. An Italian place next door to our Hotel was friendly, but fully booked too. One one day we did eat at a Fish place nearby, but only after veing firat turned away by one waiter, and then another waiter let us sit, like he was doing us a favour. Oh nice Ulises ..Not so nice because of the service. Location is great. A bit run down. The lifts are old and rickety. Our rooms toilet door made a racket with unoiled hinges. A smile and a little more welcoming, offering atleast some bread or a soup on Christmas eve, would have helped improve this rating.

 It has a fantastic location, super central. It's not a new hotel, it needed some renovations but the room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel's swimming pool doesn't work, but guests can use the aquatic center, which is very close by. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is limited but serves the purpose. They should just consider having pool towels available in the early hours of the morning and not at lunch time.

Hotel well-located in the center of Ceuta, within walking distance to all the sights, beaches and shopping. I had a very large room with balcony and a bathroom with jacuzzi, excellent value for money.
