Cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn khá cũ và không được bảo trì tốt. Khóa cửa nhà tôi gặp vấn đề không mở được, hãy gọi cho bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng nhờ kỹ thuật viên sửa chữa. Chỉ mất khoảng 20 phút để đến phòng của tôi....

Tôi không phải là người nhạy cảm với tiếng ồn, nhưng phòng khách sạn này ồn ào quá! Thứ nhất là kính cửa sổ cách âm quá kém, xe máy chạy vù vù trên đường phố vào đêm khuya và sáng sớm khiến bạn không thể ngủ được, thứ hai là hầu như không có khả năng cách âm giữa các cửa sổ. phòng, tiếng thì thầm bên cạnh có thể nghe rõ ràng. Thứ thứ ba là tủ lạnh trong phòng, nó đổ chuông một lúc, nhưng sau đó lại vang lên một cách buồn cười.

Phòng nhìn ra thành phố hướng ra đường và rất ồn ào. Ngoài ra thì mọi thứ khác đều rất hài lòng

Điều hài lòng nhất là đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ của khách sạn, nhân viên nào cũng rất nhiệt tình, luôn nở nụ cười thân thiện và cung cấp cho bạn dịch vụ chu đáo, ân cần. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện, đi bộ ra 2 trung tâm thương mại lớn, rất thuận tiện cho việc ăn uống và mua sắm. Khách sạn không xa Quảng trường Độc Lập và Bảo tàng Quốc gia. Điểm hạn chế duy nhất là cách âm của phòng hơi kém nhưng may mắn là nó không ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ của tôi. Nhìn chung, đây là một khách sạn vừa ý với giá trị đồng tiền rất cao!

Khách sạn tệ nhất mà tôi từng ở. Tỷ lệ giá/hiệu suất cũng thấp nhất. Chắc chắn không nên ở đó.

The services at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed the fitness facilities and dinner offerings, which were both of high quality. The staff were exceptionally welcoming—their smiles were like sunshine, and it was evident that they are well-trained and dedicated to providing a positive guest experience. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the room. It had a large pillar in the middle, which was inconvenient and affected the overall layout. Additionally, the room was quite noisy throughout the day and night due to heavy traffic outside the windows. To make matters worse, it seemed that part of the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay, and the constant noise from electric hammers was disruptive and made it difficult to relax. Despite these issues, I was so impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff that I convinced two of my colleagues to switch to your hotel for their stay. The well-trained team truly made a difference and left a lasting positive impression.

Room is good. Just still under construction so a bit noise. However, they provide the earplug. Overall good stay at this hotel.

Amenities like complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and a spacious bathroom with quality toiletries were appreciated. Facilities: While the property is more business-focused and compact compared to larger luxury hotels, it still offers everything essential for a pleasant stay. The fitness center was small but well-equipped with modern machines, ideal for a quick workout. There is also a stylish restaurant and a cozy bar area perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. Dining: Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. In-room dining was quick and the food quality was above expectations. Staff Service: The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Location: The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings. Public transportation options are also nearby, making it extremely convenient to navigate the city. Overall Impression: Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin delivers fantastic value with its strategic location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and reliable amenities. It’s ideal for business travelers needing proximity to Jakarta’s CBD, as well as tourists looking for a well-connected base in the city. Good location, good breakfast, good service. However, the hotel is noisy from the traffic outside, as it locates next to the main road.
