Booking at S Hotel was a last minute decision I would not regret becuase aside from being near just walks away from the Cebu Provincial Capitol, which my conference was held, the staff were so helpful, friendly, and kind. The room was so clean, the bed was big, toilet was clean as well and it was cozy. Everything was great. They also allowed me to check-in early for free. It’s not very far from the malls, hospitals, church, and the south bus terminal in case you need to go somewhere else. I would really love to stay here again on my next visit and recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a budget-friendly yet nice hotel.

A great place to stay

The location is not very convenient somehow a quiet away from the center. The cleanliness is good, the room is bit smaller, have a good hot Water and shower, bidet, nice big tv w/cable channel, ac is good. They let you sign a note to pay 1000 pesos if you made stain on the towel and sheet, 5000 pesos if you smoking inside the room. There is elevator easy access, limited parking, no close by store there is about 7 minutes walk a Jollibee.

Very nice experience. The room was clean but the shower just need some repairs. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Fast service also. Overall, its perfect for people visiting the city over short or long stays.

This hotel is located at the center of cebu city. It is very clean, beds are spacious and staff were very nice. Good thing is it is walking distance to AA BbQ restaurant were food were so delicious and highly recommended. At the ground floor beside this hotel, there is a milktea house which is so affordable and tasty. The hotel is highly recommended because it is affordable, near to all places and best place to stay for me. Check the rates here at trip.com where I also booked our flight. They granted our request for early check in and late check out with additional fee but just minimal. I will definitely go back to this place. Thank you S Hotel!!!

差！附近一所騙子語言學校smeag的合作酒店，在一個交叉路口，整晚噪音不斷，當地人喜歡拆掉摩託消音器，不分晝夜轟鳴而過，為了殺滅蚊蟲，噴了大量殺蟲劑，味道刺鼻，好像進了毒氣室，不適合人居住

超級棒的酒店價格和質量都好的讓人難以置信 而且附近吃東西非常方便 交通也很便利 強力推薦這家酒店而且服務也很好

Cable has lots of TV programs,however, the cable signal is terrible. I cannot watch a show without constant disturbance.

SNAPSHOT: We highly recommend this no frills, budget hotel for short term stays in Cebu city. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean with minimalist, but modern stylings. Reception and housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful. Location and accessibility is good - not close to Fuentes Osmena Circle unfortunately, but handy to supermarkets, banks and food outlets. This is our second stay in as many weeks and we look forward to staying yet again in the future. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The hotel is reasonably quiet and peaceful despite overlooking a major thoroughfare. We stayed 5 plus nights in a deluxe double room and our request for a king bed on a high floor (7) was approved. AC worked well. In-room wifi is mostly stable and strong. Cable tv is installed. Long and narrow desk/table with single chair was helpful either as a work station or gear storage area. Small, open-style wardrobe adequate for clothes hanging. Blocking curtains good for minimising light and street noise at night. Our street-facing room had large windows on two walls providing plenty of light during the day. Bathroom was good with on-demand type hot/cold shower, but no bath. Courtesy phone installed. House keeping makes up room every day as required. Polite and friendly reception staff are exceptionally helpful in providing advice and resolving issues. Email communication with the hotel prior to check-in was very good - my questions were answered promptly. 🌟 Overall luggage storage space is adequate, but could be better. No safety deposit box for valuables. Steps only to enter lobby from roadside and no ramp, but guard will assist with luggage. Filtered water dispenser/FOC bottled water and glasses not provided. NOTE: PHP1,000 deposit refundable required upon checking in. No kettle, microwave, mini-fridge, snacks, etc. in the room. Complementary toothbrushes and tea/coffee are not provided. Wall-mounted soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Shower is low flow and temperature needs fine tuning if you want consistently hot water. No room service or hotel restaurant, but there is a very good resto (Michel's Bistro 7am -7pm) adjacent to the hotel and a few eateries/takeaway food outlets within walking distance. Pavilion Mall is close by.
