Hamersons Hotel

Clean and commendable courteous staff. Breakfast is plated and too limited choices. No kettle in the room for coffee. We've stayed in a room without windows which was relatively small but wifi is ok. In-room lock for added security is broken. Hot shower requires waiting time otherwise it's too cold. Housekeeping replenishes toiletries and towels. Still a good value for what I have paid for

Hamersons is always great value. We like it because it's clean and professional and a good hot shower. I have stayed here dozens of times since I met my wife and I am sure i will be back. I like it because it is near Chong hua Hospital so my wife can come in late at night for tests. and it is close to Robinsons Galaria mall where i can find the best sndwhich in the philippines at my secret shop.

Nice and clean rooms. Location close to restaurants and bars. The staff always smiling and being very helpful.

Out stay was very convenient. Location is very good. Everything you need is just nearby. All employees are friendly and respectful.

Needs thorough scrubbing in the bathroom. Hotel does not provide face towel, facial tissue, otherwise it is a nice hotel to stay. Staffs are very helpful. I will stay here again.

It was a little disappointing first, I had an early check in request which was not granted but they offered me an upgrade that i got because i had no choice i need to get inside the room because i was too tired from the flight that i had. Next, they said they would call every-night to asks guest what would be the arrangement of the breakfast in the next morning so they could prepare but even once i never received a call from them regarding the breakfast, hence, me myself will follow my breakfast arrangements, (Also wifi is slow in my room ) finally the one that irritated me the most is that i ask for a water from the operator (because they don’t have complimentary water daily) which took 30 mins from my call and i need to follow up with them before they gave me the bottles water. This is a very simple request for a not so big hotel which pissed me off because i myself also worked at a customer service field and 30 mins for just a BOTTLED WATER is inexcusable. I hope they would change. Would I comeback? Maybe not but lets see in the future.

Hamersons Hotel The Good Convenient Capital Site location. Nice Filipino breakfast (recommend the Longganisa). Plenty of pillows. Good WiFi and selection of Cable TV Channels. The Bad Lacking juice or toast option at breakfast. Small rooms & CR. Shower was tepid. Windows face a wall and receive zero natural light. Awful Xenon flat-screen TV. The Ugly Black mold growing in the dirty CR. Grey threadbare towels. Usual Philippines 3-star lack of maintenance. -- end --

We only had a quick stay but it was perfect - as advertised. Special thanks to the staff who got opened the kitchen 30 minutes early so we could have breakfast before catching our ferry 👊
