El Comedor y la comida muy mala. Las instalaciones básicas, no habia donde estar. No habia una sala linda para qued**** con chimenea. El comedor siempre olía a comida.

What a Heavenly setting! Hot springs await. 8 different pools. The views will take your breath away. This place is as remote as remote can be. Llamas on the premises, but be careful, one of them spits. We stayed here for two nights with our Gate 1 tour. We had to leave our big bus on top of the hill and take smaller vehicles down into the oasis. Huge beds, very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Pool tables, ping pong and bicycles available. TV channels not that great. The shower head needed a good cleaning or replacement. It's built like a tiny town, village-like. Very cool and unique place. Service in the restaurant was very good. Music is way too loud during morning breakfast, especially when they first open. Robe and slippers provided. ***My wife got very sick here due to the altitude, NOT the hotel. She had terrible headaches and was very nausious. The hotel provided oxygen tank to her for her recovery. This seems to be common in this part of Peru. I too, experienced some altitude sickness at this resort (headaches, nausea and the shakes)...again NO fault of the property, but of the area. Drink your water, drink the co-co tea, and if required, take the Diamox. All in all, it's a cool place and I recommend it highly.

Great experience at this fantastic resort. The exclusive bar and restaurant does a great job taking care of the guests. Very friendly bartender, does a great job interacting with guests at the bar. I’ll definitely be back and bring more friends.

What a joy to arrive at Aranwa Pueblito Encantado Del Colca! This stunning property adjacent to Rio Colca is welcoming, relaxing, comfortable, secluded, and, quite frankly, a bit of "heaven on earth." Our room was not only spacious but had plenty of storage, a nice bathroom, etc. After exploring, by walking the entire property and prepared ourselves for dinner. Dinner was also a pleasure, with a 3 course menu, appetizer, entrée and dessert. Although remote this wonderful property lies in a beautiful valley and has hot springs nearby, as well as a spa. Highly recommend, but secluded, so either have a driver, your personal automobile, etc.

I went with my friends few days ago and I really spent an unforgetatte experience staying in Aranwa. All the staff was extremetely helpful with having everything setup for us, and the food was really good, my favorite was definitely the fetuccine huancaina con osobucco. Also, the Pisco classes at the bar was a great experience that I will forever recall. I would like to give an special mention to Carlos, he was extremely kind with his attention at the hotel reception. This hotel is highly recommended, the best all around and I can't wait to book again when I come back next year.

We stayed here the last 2 nights it wasn’t by choice as La Casitas had an issue with fires on the hillside Our first night was miserable as our room was freezing and they could on,y find a small free standing heater . Also dinner the first night was cold but I guess they were overwhelmed by extra people who should of been at La Casitas Our second night was much better ,room was warm food very good We used the spa which was amazing Sadly the hotel is very tired our room had a cracked sink ,broken balcony and need a deep clean but to be honest they did their best

The staff was extraordinary, very friendly from reception and restaurant, they made us feel very welcome during our stay. Regarding the facilities, the hotel in general is very welcoming, the rooms were very comfortable and met our expectations, however the pool area does require maintenance. In the restaurant, breakfast had very few options and a la carte food was nothing special, some snack-type options as well as drinks.

We spent a very relaxing couple of days at the hotel by the Colca river. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. A special mention to Adam who provided great service as both Batman and waiter. We would highly recommend the hotel.
