Es un hotel lindo, ubicado en la selva, donde se encuentran varios hoteles, pero necesitas de movilidad siempre para salir. Internet funciona más o menos y el aire podría ser mejor, fui en diciembre donde hacía muchísimo calor.

 The place itself is beautiful, the service is friendly but mostly very careless. They are uninformed, they told us things a thousand times that were later contradicted, I asked for something and they always brought me something else. The food is bad, but it's not crazy. Breakfast average average. It lacks taste and variety. The eggs without bacon lack cooking, and I had to ask several times for basic things such as cutlery, napkins, ice, sugar, etc. The pool is beautiful. The room has a very musty smell and leaves a lot to be desired. The TV is not smart and on top of that it has a *****e in the middle that makes it difficult to see. It doesn't have an electric kettle, and the worst thing is that the Shampoo is supposed to be a duo, and the shower gel is the same slimy thing with a bad smell that leaves your hair hard. We had to buy liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. I once again say that the place itself is beautiful, the peace and calm is wonderful, but don't say that it is a 4 star because that is scamming people. If they told me it was a 3 star I would be happier but I expected something else.

A beautiful area with loads of opportunities to improve. Breakfast is good and meals from menu average to good, guess it depends whose working in the kitchen. I had a great cheese burger!! There is a challenge with noise pollution when there’s screaming children / parents. There was also very loud music from somewhere the Thu night until about 2am. Not sure if there’s a club adjacent to the National Park. They should put parents with kids separate from couples. The layout allows for that. Lovely staff with everyone trying to recover from the economic impact of covid. Very well maintained property and very clean. Pool is under renovation for summer. Pet friendly attitude definitely 5 stars. We had our little pug Charlie with us and it was a breeze. I enjoyed my stay very much and will visit again .

Mala iluminacion en la habitacion, Ademas de focos rotos en el ba;o que nunca arreglaron. El olor a pis del baño es insoportable. Falta de limpieza general. La atencion, masajes, comida en el restaurant es buena.

Excelente hotel ubicado en la selva bellisima. Muy tranquilo y confortable las habitaciones y todas las instalaciones. Impecable todo y la atención del personal excelente, muy amables. Destaco el jacuzzi en la selva y la gastronomia. Lo recomiendo para descansar y relaj****

Muy buen precio. Muy buena calidad. Es un complejo muy completo que tiene todos los servicios. Tiene una piscina gigante. Tiene spa. Tiene un gimnasio. Tiene selva, tiene habitaciones grandes. Y también tiene restaurante. Es súper recomendable este hotel. Emplazado en el medio de la selva.

La idea del hotel está buena, alejado de todo y en la selva, pero no es muy bueno el servicio, falta atención, no tienen variedad en comidas, no te ofrecen agua para consumir tenés q pagar y lo peor de todo q te dicen una tarifa cuando entras y después cuando vas a pagar te cobran el doble, y nadie se hace cargo, no son de palabra, cuidado con eso ......

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Recepção e serviços bem como restaurantes, excelentes. Recomendamos para quem gosta e busca contato com a natureza!
Mas sempre tem pontos de melhoria:
- climatizador não deu conta devidos as altas temperaturas (acima de 35°C)
- lençois estavam mal cheirosos.
