This is a tricky one.
When you book better contact with the hotel in advance or will have some minor setbacks for checking in, since you need to get a hold of the lobby personnel to gain access to the main buidling.
The staff was super friendly, provided great recommendations on what to see, what to do and very polite.
The location is superb since you can see most of the area by just walking.
At first glance didn’t seem like it would be a good option, since the area and the main building are a bit old… but turned out to be way better than the expectations.

The staff are very welcoming and professional. They are proactive making suggestions to make sure you have the best time and happy to store your luggage before check in and after checkout. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. Right down the street from the Duomo. Rooms are cute and bed very comfortable. The real gem is Valeria who is in reception. She was so helpful, really the best. If you are looking for a very reasonable boutique hotel in Catania, this is where to stay!

As mentioned in so previous reviews the receptionist couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. The building itself is deceiving but once you enter the apartments via an ancient courtyard and then thankfully a lift to the top floor and the apartments it’s a different world - very contemporary and welcoming. I was in a former loft space and the room was, again modern with air conditioning and electric skylight windows .There’s a mini bar but no coffee making facility though there is a machine in the reception area and water too. The small bathroom is also nicely furnished and like the rest of the place very clean. Unfortunately breakfast is no longer offered. Location is very good but value for money was, at the time of my stay not good at all and I returned to a hotel for my remaining weeks in Catania.

Ottimo B&B pulito accogliente. Personale gentilissimo , accogliente, disponibile e pronto a risolvere alcune eventuali richieste Pur essendo un B&B i letti , le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti giornalmente e non è scontato. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti gli accessori necessari ed è possibile a richiesta fare colazione in camera. Situato in un vecchio palazzo di fine ‘800 al primo impatto può sembrare strano ma, poi mi è sembrato di essere in un film di Oztepeck. Ho trovato una atmosfera affascinante , cosi Cristina mia moglie Affascinante!

Excellent en tout point, situation en centre historique, des restaurants et bars a proximité immédiate. Sites historiques en bas de la rue garibaldi, des agences de tourismes pour les excursions... Et l'accueil très professionnel, de bons conseils, disponible 24h/24, sympathique et efficace. Très propre, possibilité de prendre les petits déjeuners sur place. Super séjour, je recommande à 100%.

Très chouette séjour dans l'hôtel. Les codes sont disponibles en ligne pour les arrivées tardives et l'hôte était très disponible par WhatsApp à nous partager les informations nécessaires pour un séjour inoubliable et les bonnes adresses pour bien manger. Merci

Palazzo Sisto, Via Garibaldi no 177, Catania is excellently located, just off the Duomo on Via Etnea. This small hotel offers excellent facilities, that are super clean and modern. The hotel is placed within an old palazzo. Just outside the hotel, you will find restaurants and shops. You can take a bus from the airport there for 4 euros.
