I want to inform everyone that there is very nice staff especially sema! And erkan that help very much with a problem. I recommend everyone to come to this wonderful place Beautiful place delicious food and very high quality people.

It is completely comfortable and the people are amazing especially kids clubs as well the team. Foods are so delicious. ****** and the team very helpful to enjoy. Sea and beaches are very very nice and celan. Will definitely visit once again

Hello, I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for business purposes and I am writing some of my positive and negative impressions. + Hotel congress halls are large enough. + The soap, shower gel and shampoo used in the bathroom were chosen from a very good brand. + Spa price performance is successful.- There are many rooms that do not have a sea view. - It takes a long time to reach the sea from the hotel rooms. After walking by elevator from the main building and going down to the ground floor, you can reach the beach by walking for a while or by taking the elevator 3 floors. - Room equipment is a bit old-looking. _There is no iron in the rooms and it is not sent to the room, you have to benefit from the ironing service for a fee. - There are many options for food, but it is not delicious. -Drink prices in the hotel bar are very expensive, a cocktail is 18 Euros, a single drink is around 10 Euros (Drink prices in the market are very cheap in this country; a bottle is sold for the price of one or two glasses). -In the bathroom, the hair dryer cord is fixed to the wall and under the sink, if your height is longer than 150 cm, drying your hair is challenging. -You usually always have to pass through the lobby and encounter guests coming and going. -****** ventilation should be improved regarding cigarette smoke. -The service staff is not enough (I single out a waitress with reddish hair and bluish eyes, she is wonderful, she does her job very well). -Almost everything is paid except meal hours.

We did not actually get to visit the hotel. The review is based on our interaction with hotel staff when trying to gain access to book a stay. We decided to drive for 90 minutes to visit the hotel to decide if we wanted to book a stay with our family later in the month. When we arrived the security staff told us that it was not possible to enter the grounds. I then requested to use the bathroom and was told that it was absolutely not possible. This has never happened to us in Cyprus before, usually gorgeous people who are always willing to be kind and helpful. Not sure why the security is so severe as this part of the county is very safe. This negative experience of the staff and the tight lock down of the facilities has ensured that we will definitely take our custom to somewhere that actually feels like a holiday resort.

Karşılama, yemekler, gym, havuz hepsi şahaneydi ! Havuz sayısı beni şaşırttı , iskeleyi çok sevdik :) Çok güzel anılarımız oldu , çocuklar ile de gidilebilecek güzel bir otel :) Yemekleri çok güzel ve çeşitli açık büfesi şaşırtıcı :) 4 şahane gün geçirdik, tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz !

Top service and top quality. The buffet is amazing. 👌🏻 And the stuff is very friendly, especially the Bar Captain FATIH is very nice and dedicated. He helps whenever he can and has always a smile on his face. The hotel is big but you are feeing here very well We will come again! 👍🏻

The stuff was very good specialy elyasa I am very happy and it was amazing .. the room was very beautiful..... i will return back for sure in the future ..... the hotel is too kind the food is very delicus ..... thank you evrey one in elexus hotel..
