Lovely room. Beautiful evening meals. Helped us out when we mis-laid our keys.
Pool was very chilly but refreshing in the heat.
We weren’t told that restaurant was closed one evening , and they forgot our take away breakfast one day, but quickly scrambled one together.

Great location for access to Etna and wineries. Perhaps the best feature of the resort was Anthony, the desk clerk. Anthony at reception was wonderful - kind, helpful, smile on his face, and smart. Unfortunately, Sara was troublesome and made comments about our stay, that we were in two beds instead of one, even though we booked the entire room - weird. Hotel needs new beds - beds were rock-hard and furniture was tattered. We needed to put blankets underneath sheets in order to soften the beds a bit. Pool water was not clear. Food in on-location restaurant was really quite awful, but there are limited options surrounding the place. Yay to Anthony - you made the stay great.

By far the best in whole of Amalfi coast. The facilities are unheard of, the hotel view is amazing, service is impeccable, and the staff are friendly. Absolutely amazing hotel to stay in, though a bit of expensive, yet worth every penny. Location of the hotel is a bit far from Amalfi city center.

Il Borgo is a well run hotel with excellent customer service in a good position in the region. Attractions include visits to Taormina Alcantara gorge and Etna slightly further away. I would like to personally thank Valentina, Maria, Gabriella, Giulia and Sabina for making us feel very special and welcome.

Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della Pasqua, posto immerso nel verde molto bello per concedersi dei momenti di relax in mezzo alla natura, vicino a Taormina, Giardini Naxos, gole dell' Alcantara , Linguaglossa e paesini etnei, strategico anche per visitare i dintorni che meritano davvero! Colaziona di ottima qualità e abbondante, buona cucina si mangia abbastanza bene al ristorante con un ottima selezione di vini. Personale ospitale e molto accogliente ci siamo trovati bene, soprattutto con Sarah, che ci ha illustrato e consigliato un'ottima cantina da visitare oltre ad attività da poter fare per goderci al meglio il posto. Ci torneremo ! :)

Nel cuore della valle dell'Alcantara,posizione incredibilmente strategica per raggiungere i posti più belli (Catiglione di Sicilia, l'Etna,le gole dell'Alcantara,Taormina,il mare a soli 15 min.) immerso nel verde e nel silenzio interrotto soltanto dal suono del lento scorrere delle acque del fiume Alcantara, la struttura dell'hotel fa rivivere momenti di una Sicilia di altri tempi, la camera spaziosa, pulitissima con una vista impareggiabile. Ottima la colazione con prodotti preparati direttamente dalla cucina dell'Albergo. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale. TOP!

Le cadre est sympa mais les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de jeune. Le mobilier et les tissus sont anciens. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine mais les abords devraient être mieux entretenus. Il y avait beaucoup d'insectes dans la piscine et aucune personnel pour les retirer. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout dans la chambre et le frigo ne fait pas de froid. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est top. Beaucoup de choix (sucré et salé) et des gâteaux faits maison. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable.

Ottimo per chi cerca relax immerso nel verde ,camere accoglienti con piscina disponibile 24 ore ,sulle pulizie delle stanze niente da dire profumate e confortevoli,complimenti allo staff molto educati e sempre a disposizione, consigliatissimo
