Hotel is great, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean. You get bottle of Water, Tea bags and coffee every day. I love it because it is very well sound proof room and you can hardly hear anything from outside. Also great Pool area. You need a cap for the hair. If you don't have it, you can buy it for 7eur at the Pool reception. They can only improve some service at the reception desk. The lady was really confused. When we arrived, she hardly found us in the system and when we left, she wanted to charge us some food and drinks from the restaurant, that we did not have and did not order. We ased for the manager to come, but then she called somewhere and it was then ok. Beside that, the hotel was great, also shuttle Bus is a big plus. It drives you to the Gardaland and there you can switch a bus also to the city of Pescaria. Really great if you stay in the hotel for more than 1 day. The themed rooms are a wonderful experiance.

It’s close to the park. The room and hotel was impeccably clean. Breakfast had some things that could be better like a fresh selection of fruits and not canned, more organized, but there was people making fresh pastries there that you could see. It is a little bit high price but it’s worth it at least for one night

We arrived late and the receptionist was awesome. Very helpful and fun, very carasmitic. The room was fun, the kids loved it. The cleaning could be better and the beadsheats were not cleaned propper and had a discusting stain from puke. But the cleaning boy fixed that and was nice about it.

Perfect magig family trip.

Nice room, pillows uncomfortable and sheets not clean at least in one bed. Otherwise a nice hotel to stay when in Gardaland.

I was lucky that our flight was delayed, otherwise I would have missed it due to hotel's staff negligence. My prepaid train to Milano airport was departing at 10:48 a.m. from Peschiera Del Garda train station, so evening before I've asked receptionist to order me a taxi at 10:10. She did and told me that it will be waiting on other hotel, you have to pass inner yard, and that her colleague will help me reach there with my luggage. Next morning I was down with my luggage and my daughter at 10:13 waiting in the line for reception, after a few minutes she told me that taxi is waiting and other staff member accompanied us to other hotel. On the reception of other hotel, the receptionist told him that taxi will be back in 5-10 mins, so he left us with the luggage at entrance to other hotel at 10:20 saying that "taxi will be in 5 mins". After 15 mins at 10:35 I understand that I will probably miss my train so I walked with my daughters and luggage to the first-most hotel to the shuttles via the road leading to the hotel - no taxi was arriving during those few minutes, so we left the hotel by shuttle at 10:45, and of course missed our train. I bought a new train tickets for 78 euro, and I was lucky to get mail that our flight delayed by one hour and thus we've arrived to the airport two hours before the flight. If you look at the positive sides: overall the hotel has spacious room, clean, good facilities, good for vacation with children. But breakfast could be better.

Couldn't fault this hotel it was lovely. The rooms were well themed and it was lovely and clean. Beds comfortable, maid service every day, air con was great, small fridge for drinks and snacks and a safe. The grounds were lovely as was the blue lagoon swimming area. The food was ok and there was always an option for everyone in our family. The grounds were well kept and really beautiful, with a large fountain and lovely gardens. The location is a bit out the way but with a free bus in to gardaland and pesciera this wasn't a problem. We found it hard to find any faults with this place. It was great and the staff were really helpful and friendly too. Well done magic hotel 👍 The staff were really friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed this holiday and we will be back.

We stayed in the magic ice room it was a lot of fun for the kids, they loved the room and there was a little puzzle/code to solve when we got there and they really enjoyed cracking the code and opening the safe. The room itself is spacious the bathroom is ok. The music playing in the hallway reminded me of the Capitol announcement music from The hunger games The staff is very friendly, I loved the self check in and self checkout, very efficient. The breakfast was ok but there was very little variety and was the aame every day. We got a 2 day pass to the gardaland park when we booked the hotel which was a nice bonus. To sum it up it’s a nice place to stay with kids but not sure you get your money’s worth

DO NOT COME HERE. bad service, long lines & waiting everywhere, horrible frozen junk food you can puke, we actually felt un healthy. You gave to pay on EVERY thing u do and almost no taxis or shuttles to the park. Basically, a 'work camp'. Garda need to progress from 1990 to 2023.
