Incredible service and property! I often stay at 5* properties across the global, and was seeking a similar experience when selecting this property. I was initially concerned about the location as I wanted to see Polignano a Mare and accessible transportation to the Bari airport. I was able to arrive via train at the Polignano a Mare station and as expected no taxis are available, but was able to get a "tuk" taxi for €20 to the property. Once I arrived at the property I was greeted by Bianca who delivered superior service. She helped arrange a dinner location in the old city and coordinated a private driver to and from town as well as to the airport. The property itself sits within the outskirts of the city in a quiet estate with a beautiful pool and surrounding landscape. My initial perception is that its an ideal wedding venue for a exclusive experience or perfect boutique short-stay property. I stayed in a Deluxe Room which was spacious like the normal size of a suite decorated in modern luxury minimalist style. While staying at the property I was working and the wifi connectivity was superior without any interruptions. The property features a restaurant which I had breakfast and featured a full spread including eggs to order and other traditional American breakfast items like pancakes and fruit. I would certainly plan to stay at the property if I was ever visiting the region the future.

I stay often at 5* properties and this one checks every box. I was a bit concerned of staying here without having a car, but it’s very accessible even by a tuk from the train station. When you’re at the property they can arrange private transportation to get you anywhere you need to go as well. The property is beautiful, well maintained and excellent staff that goes out of their way to make the experience wonderful.

We stayed for two nights in September and enjoyed our stay! The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious! The staff were very helpful and accommodating! The estate is stunning! You’ll need a car to get around as there isn’t much within walking distance.

On a business trip in Puglia, I have booked Mazzarelli resort with the thought of having a good place to relax while working during the day. The amazing establishment offers very good privacy, strategic location with easy access to all the touristic points of interest and very good services. A funny memory comes to my mind: one morning the gardener started the mowing machine quite early. The reception person in charge was very understandable when I called and nicely asked to delay the process for one hour. 5 stars from me. The only aspect I would like to see it improved is the kitchen offer (Maybe that was due to lockdown challenges). Appreciating the manager gesture in presenting me the property and SPA development plan. With a bit of luck I’ll come back this summer. :)

The Mazarelli Creative resort is an exceptional property. It is a beautifully renovated villa decorated with excellent taste and functionality. Each room appears to have it’s own entrance and patio area. You are surrounded by fruit and olive trees. It’s so serene. Ciara is a delightful hostess. They serve a delicious breakfast in a lovely outdoor setting. Highly recommend.

Splendidly renovated historical villa in the Apulian countryside surrounded by olive tree groves. The duplex Royal Suite in the property’s tower is absolutely mind blowing with its 360 degree views and the superb terrace. It’s almost like a room in the sky. The excellent cuisine based on local products (2 menu choices for dinner, changing every day) suits the overall tranquil and relaxed a**osphere. The staff has been very kind and helpful and it’s been enjoyable to chat with one or the other during the stay. Thank you for providing a memorable experience.
