It was the third times we stayed in Villa Borri. We came back again and again beuase the place is literlly outstanding. You have huge rooms, with very comfortable beds, in a quite place sorrounded from gardens. The hotel is very clean and the personal is super friendly and helped us to book both the spa and restuarants outside and accomodate all our requests. literally 2 mins walking from the terme (spa) and from the center of Casciana Terme, where is located the central bar and many nice restaurants and where over the summer they organize small concerts and events. it is always very relaxing to stay there. it is also easy to move around and reach nice places. surely we will come back again.

The people at the reception desk were so very friendly and helpful! We even had someone walk us to our room which was very spacious and clean. Our only complaint was about the town. Limited availability for breakfast in the morning and any chance for food if you missed the lunch hours.

The apar**ents are really nice and comfortable and makes you feel at home . Myriam and all the staff are the nicest people I’ve ever met at a hotel , and they go out of their way to make sure that their guests have the best possible experience ! We absolutely love the Terme in the hotel and also the public one across the road ! This was our second stay and we absolutely loved it .. we will be back again !

This place is beautiful! Has green areas within the hotel as well as terraces. For the hot springs has four pools with jacuzzi jets. The installation was clean, quiet and well maintained. Myriam the owner is very attentive and helpful. All we asked she provided to us with a big smile and kindness. We got as a gift a bottle of red wine, a very tatesful one that we enjoy at dinner in one of the terraces, that she set up for us. She also order for us the best pizza in town. Thank you for everything. We did have a relaxed time there. Definetly, we will come back and I recommend this place hands down.

Отель в центре городка, удобные большие номера, правда уже не первой свежести… Лифт отсутствует, на третий этаж пришлось тащить чемоданы. Парковка в 200 метрах от отеля. Завтраки по таллонам в центральном кафе. На посещение терм, отель предоставляет скидку, как и на бесплатную дегустацию в местной винотеке.

Sono stato ospite della struttura che ho trovato meravigliosa, rilassante, con grande cura dei particola e della pulizia con personale gentile, disponibile e molto preparato. L’area relax con le tre piscine di grande interesse. La cura dei particolari con teli e ciabatte personalizzate e l’ubicazione centrale rispetto al paese e baricentrico rispetto a tanti meravigliose realtà della Toscana rendono Villa Borri davvero molto interessante per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e, al tempo, stesso, se si vuole all’insegna di tante escursioni di alta caratura paesaggistica, storica, culturale, esperienziale ed eno-gastronomica. Per mio lavoro sono stato ospite di diverse miglia di strutture ricettive e sulla base di ciò posso, tranquillamente, affermare che questa è una delle migliori.

Una bella struttura, ben curata e in un contesto piacevole. Andrebbe solo arricchitta con qualche servizio in più come la colazione. Complessivamente il giudizio è più che positivo.
