A televisão desligava sozinha após 15 minutos ligada e tinha "reflexos" na tela.
A água do chuveiro não esquentou na manhã do check out.
O refrigerador não gela muito mas é melhor do que nada.
Tirando esses inconvenientes, o restante é bom.
O café da manhã é gostoso mas precisa de atenção na reposição após às 8h30.
A cama é ótima com colchão muito confortável.
O quarto tem um tamanho bom.
A limpeza é bem feita.
Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos.
O hotel é bem localizado. Tem supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, lanchonetes e todo tipo de comércio no entorno.
No geral, tem mais pontos positivos do que negativos.

Great location but old building. It is in need of renovations. Mold in the bathroom. The bathroom sink and shower drains were partially clogged. They offer breakfast but the quality of the food is not so good. They add water to the orange juice.

Aparentemente hotel bem localizado, com uma boa estrutura, porém a noite o ar parou de funcionar, atendimento de todos os setores muito ruim, profissionais com falta de vontade.

Já fiquei em outros hotéis em Cascavel, sendo a primeira vez no Maestro. O hotel me surpreendeu. A equipe é muito prestativa, os quartos são muito bons, com isolamento acústico e o café da manhã excelente. Tem estacionamento coberto e seguro. Bem no centro da cidade.

Os travesseiros são fedidos, o chuveiro não esquenta, deixei ligado por 30 minutos e nada, só banho gelado, a televisão liga mas não funciona, única coisa que prestou foi o café da manhã, eu não indico e não volto mais, avisei na recepção e o atendente apenas disse, é mesmo?

Hotel antigo, mas com melhorias. Limpo. Atendimento do recepcionista da noite deixou a desejar. Pedimos copos no quarto, ele sugeriu que fôssemos buscar na cozinha. Pegamos os copos. 40 minutos depois, estavamos dormindo ele bate à porta trazendo os copos. (!!!!). Cobra muito caro pelo que entrega.

O hotel em Cascavel é muito bom assim como os de Toledo, e Pato branco onde já fiquei hospedado diversas vezes. Porém na data de 15052023 dirigi me ao restaurante as 21:45 e pediu um filé mignon à parmegiana e foi o pior que já comi. Para dizer o mínimo foi tudo esquentado no micro ondas porque por fora a comida estava fria e por dentro estava fervendo e levantando fumaça, o arroz velho, o " filé" seco e provavelmente já estava pronto desde a hora do almoça, quase não havia molho de tomate, e de tão pouco nem sujou o prato. Enfim mesmo assim comi todo o filé só de raiva e também estava com muita fome. Enfim uma triste experiência na tangente ao serviço da cozinha, que ao meu ver deve ser terceirizada, uma vez que não está à altura da rede Maestro, que particularmente goza de meu prestígio. Espero que essa modesta contribuição possa ser levada em consideração para melhoria desse serviço culinário atualmente oferecido nessa unidade.

Hotel com custo-benefício bom. Quarto, cama e banheiro limpos. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Chuveiro é um pouco fraco. Café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas é excelente.

A cozinha do restaurante é muito cara e muito ruim.
Não tinha bebidas geladas (coca-zero e cerveja), equipe TOTALMENTE despreparada e mal treinada.
Segundo hotel da rede que eu me hospedo e a mesma situação. Não recomendo.
