Escutamos muito barulho de pessoas fazendo algazarra as 3:30 da madrugada. Isso foi muito inconveniente e alem disso tivemos problemas com a reserva e um ponto negativo também foi que o estacionamento não estava incluso.

Hotel muito bom nada a desejar tendo em vista ser um Express. Adoramos a rede bourbon mas não se compara a um bourbon convention ou os demais da rede… mesmo assim ótimo hotel, café da manhã muito bom, quartos e limpeza também, enfim, em meio a tantas opções de hotéis sempre escolhemos a rede bourbon independente de tudo

Chegamos no hotel sexta-feira 31/5 para fazer check-in, porém a única recepcionista que tinha estava ocupada fazendo um check-in de outro cliente, porém demorou pelo menos 20min. E quando chegou na nossa vez, o sistema travou. Todo o processo do check-in levou pelo menos 40min, que é muito tempo para quem está cansado querendo um quarto que já havia sido reservado com antecedência. No dia seguinte, no café da manhã, o ovo mexido estava gelado. Não estava na temperatura ambiente, estava gelado mesmo. Então minha esposa decidiu pedir 2 ovos fritos para a atendente, mas foi respondida de forma rústica com ''se quiser a mais tem que pagar 6 reais'', mas em nenhum momento perguntamos sobre preco ou nos negamos a pagar. E por fim, no sábado, quando eu precisava tomar banho para me arrumar para um compromisso, o chuveiro ficou sem água quente. Tive que tomar banho gelado. A nota só na foi zero, pois as recepcionistas foram muito atenciosas, educadas e prestativas (dentro do que podiam). Eu nós haviamos escolhido esse hotel, pois aparentava ser um dos melhores de Cascavel, mas tendo em vista o valor, deixou muito a desejar.

Excelente hotel! Os funcionários são gentis e limpeza é nota 10! O café da manhã é bacana, chuveiro é maravilhoso, as instalações do quarto são boas e a localização é maravilhosa (perto de farmácias e barsinhos). É sempre um prazer estar em Cascavel no Bourbon!

Excelentes acomodações, café da manhã muito saboroso e uma localização privilegiada no centro da cidade. Como sugestão, tendo em vista as transformações sociais com vistas à sustentabilidade, sugerimos a instalação de um ponto de eletroposto na garagem para os hóspedes que possuem carro elétrico.
