For the Last 4 years I went to Troia. The whole Island Is owbwd by the group PAstana Cristiano Ronaldo and Is a Monopoly. The workers are all seasonal with no preparazione and despite they Extreme kindness not up to the Level required. It Is a Pity but I Will not go back

Penso que o Hotel perdeu um pouco de qualidade ao nível do pequeno almoço e também buffet. Atendimento no check in um pouco lento.

Experiência agradável para um escapadinha. Apesar de ser uma zona calme e tranquila. Na hora de jantar. As pessoas dos apartamentos vizinhos mal começavam a cozinhar era um cheiro forte pelos corredor. Sendo assim o sistema de exaustão não ser o melhor. E a piscina interior tinha a água completamente gelada.

Péssimo!! Batatas no quarto e não tinham autorização para fazer a troca de quarto devido as horas da noite mesmo tendo uma bebé de 6 meses a dormir no quarto. Fiz imediatamente check out e disseram que iriam fazer a devolução do valor mas que teria de entrar em contacto com a trip. Informei a trip e pedi o reembolso da estadia visto nem sequer ter usufruído de uma noite da minha reserva. A trip informou me que o hotel não autorizou a devolução do dinheiro. Certamente não voltarei ao hotel nem a utilizar os serviços da trip

O staff é todo muito simpático e acessível. Excelente localização, a poucos metros da praia. Piscinas grandes.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, e o atendimento é cordial. No entanto o teto da sala do nosso apartamento estava a cair. Não nos fez diferença porque não utilizamos a divisão. O que nos fez muita diferença foi o jacuzzi não estar a funcionar, embora com a informação que a avaria estava solucionada, era apenas uma banheira de água fria, estas informações deveriam estar disponíveis no momento da reserva, não teríamos optado por este alojamento com toda a certeza, visto que o objectivo da estadia era desfrutar do mesmo.

A localização é muito boa. A limpeza do alojamento fraca. O serviço deixa pouco a desejar. A piscina interior não estava disponível e tivemos que ir para outro hotel para puder usufruir desse serviço, não tivemos essa informação antes do chek-in. Não ficámos satisfeitos com a estadia, infelizmente. Não irei recomendar.

Terrible. Rooms shabby. No Wi-Fi access from the room and despite reporting it personally to the front desk on 3 occasions and by email to Customer Service, nothing was done. No apologies, no attempt to solve the issue. Never received feed back. After a week, still had no WiFi. General service is slow and not customer focused. Furniture in rooms is cheap and uncomfortable. Bed mattress extremely uncomfortable with unhygienic mattress cover. Eating in - and out - in Tróia is expensive for below average quality. Stay in Setubal!

The property was a total letdown. The rooms were old and run down and nothing like the pictures. The fridge had no light and the shelves were dirty. The pool way broken so therefore not heated. Both indoor and outdoor pools were dirty and honestly did not look hygienic to swim in. The jacuzzi was not working, the gym was cold, and although we were told on arrival the kids place would be running it appears it wasn’t. Breakfast was mediocr, my daughter picked up some bread from the buffet and it was hard and stale on one side - I expect better from a 4 star hotel.. though, to be fair I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The lady at reception was very sweet and helpful and they did their best to resolve our refund. The staff also acknowledged the terrible state of the hotel… it is as if the company have just forgotten it and left it to rot. A shame as the website made it look so nice… unfortunately the website is a total sham. Needless to say we will never go back, and I do not recommend anyone staying there.
