Amazing staff and great location for beaches and restaurants

This was a great location but room could have been larger.
Breakfast was excellent each morning with a very friendly staff.The room was clean daily unless you asked for privacy unlike traditional brand hotels .

Stayed here for two days the breakfast is really good staff friendly , if you want the 4 seasons type of vibe this is not your place but if you want something small and quaint but also with an element of luxury this is it

Room wasn't sound proofed so could hear other guests and staff.
Staff was friendly and accomodating and breakfast options were good

Like the location of property, but did not like how I did not receive my VIP offer and no one know anything about it when I asked

The rooms, though nice, were tiny so one could hardly say that this was an upgrade. Being on the second floor, we could hear the noise from the reception area all night long.
The breakfast was below par, with few choices.
As soon as you step out of the hotel, get ready to be constantly harassed by all sorts of tour routers who never take no for an answer and follow you around.
The rooftop is nice but small and never staffed, so you have to get your drinks from downstairs and take them upstairs yourself if you want to enjoy the view.
We also did not receive the VIP member benefits promised on booking.
