The hotel is new and looks nice, but the service is severely lacking. Although opened for 6 months, there is still a lot of construction noise. The air conditioning in the rooms are controlled centrally, so you have to negotiate with hotel staff to lower the temperature or increase the fan in your room. Additionally, the system is on a motion detector and so at night the temperatures rise forcing you to do the same to reinitiate the system. There was plenty of staff working at the pool and restaurants, but they would rather talk amongst themselves than assist guest. Already, there is mold growing on the ceilings of the hotel hallways. Also, the neighborhood outside the hotel is run down / still needing gentrification. There are better options at similar prices in Cartagena. I’ll go back to those rather than return to this hotel.

Great new 5-star hotel in the middle of Getsemani. All staff are super friendly and attentive. Pool area is specious with nice sun beds. Rooms are equipped with modern ACs and comfy beds. Nice terrace, also with pool and great view over the district. Walled city only 5min walking distance. Will definitely be back!

Lovely experience here! I came for a solo trip (5 days) and wanted a hotel that was safe, clean, and allowed me to lounge out and relax - and this place had all of that. The staff was SO welcoming, kind, helpful as well. They even surprised me with birthday cake in my room after I got back from a beach day. As for location, it’s in the heart of Getsemani neighborhood, but very quiet and walking distance to the Walled City and the meet-up spots for any tours, boat trips, etc. A 10 min Uber to Bocagrande area, 20 min Uber to the airport so very convenient.

Great hotel and excellent service ! We had a great time over our 3 day visit celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious and the service very friendly/ helpful. A very modern hotel in a fun neighborhood. Highly recommended. Hope to back soon

The hotel was very nice and the staff were overall very friendly. The pools were amazing. The location couldn’t had been better, in the middle of the coolest neighborhood in Cartagena. Walkable to the walled city. The food in the restaurant was delicious, however my only complaint was the restaurant service. It took a long time to get drinks, even coffee in the AM (often arriving in the end of the meal). This didn’t seem unusual to the service received in other places in the city.

Our stay was beyond expectations in every way. The architecture and design of the place is world class, attention to details is tangible everywhere, the service is the one of a 5 star hotel, and everyone is attentive to satisfy the clients. The food is excellent et reasonably priced. Above all this place exudes understated sophistaction with a very cool vibe. Location is excellent too! One advice, no parking at the hotel and the access is a bit difficult… use a driver or a taxi!

We arrived and were greeted very well we were introduced to the premises as well as the room thoroughly. We had a amazing time the hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. Certainly exceeded our high expectations

Our experience was 10/10, we are a family of 4, 2 kids 13 & 6 and i can’t say enough good things about OSH, the people, the ambiance, the cleanliness the attention to detail and the attention to us was always above and beyond! The staff always made sure we were great. Benjamin was amazing he went always over the top for us! Everyone really… we will def come back to this hotel!!! Keep up the amazing work

Amazing accommodations! Everyone was so nice and gave early check in and late check out. Brunch was delicious and the pool was very nice. I wish the pool was colder because it was so hot out but was still great. Drinks at the hotel were awesome. Highly recommend!
