We chose this for our honeymoon and we were very happy with our stay. The staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and highly recommended is the special which can be ordered in advance. Free fruit and juices , water are provided throughout which is a nice touch and cold hand towels are provided when you come in after a hot day! I also recommend the trip they provide to the local nature reserve where you get a boat ride and drum 🥁 lessons. We loved our stay .

Very content! Wonderfullu helpful and friendly staff. Especially Julio was exceptionally helpful. He always found the time to answer our many questions on Colombian culture, activiteies in Cartagena and Colombian fruit, there ate so many different! The breakfast was very good! We had a room with castle view. And really liked it. The bed was comfortable.

This hotel has the most attentive and friendly staff I have ever encountered anywhere. Every time we entered the hotel, they offered us a refreshing cool towel and fresh juice. Our rooms were cheery and bright. Although the rooftop pool was under repair, they arranged for our access to another hotel's pool, along with free drinks. The breakfast choices were quite good. The hotel is a very good value.

Attention to detail, stylish decoration, very complete and comfortable rooms. The location and view could not be better! The breakfast is outstanding and there is always food and juice offered, no matter the time of the day. Would definitely come back

Staff : super friendly Room : Cosy, clean, all the necesairy Comfort available The experience in whole of the hotel is very cosy .. you feel like coming home. The view from the hotel is very good, with a view on the castle and monastary Location : very good and in a safe area.

This hotel is family owned and the owners and staff are the best. They are very attentive, offering free fresh fruit juice and fruits regularly, making sure you’ve got everything. The breakfast is good, and the roof top is amazing to relax with a nice juice, enjoy the sun beds and the jacuzzi after a busy day in the city. The only thing I would say is that our room, on the first floor, was a lot tile bit noisy with noises coming from the breakfast room and reception downstairs, and the walls are quite thin so you can hear the pipes when people are showering etc… but that’s I think inevitable in an old building!

The hotel was great. I have the best experience, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent with many delicious options. The location was perfect near to the tourist places. For sure I will come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here in colorful Cartagena, the hotel being located in the center of the beautiful, vibrant streets. With helpful and friendly staff we got taken care of so well and they gave us personal recommendations on where to eat and what beaches to visit! Warmly recommend!

Great stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Isabel! The staff are lovely and so friendly, they provide fresh juice all the time and the breakfast is really nice here. It’s ideally located in the Getsemani district and it’s close to the city’s most attractions. The rooms are nice and the interior is really cool here! Kathi, Julio and Andreas were so kind like the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend to stay here!
