Travelodge Carlisle Central

Lovely situated Hotel just one street away from hustle and bustle of Carlisle Centre. Staff are friendly rooms are spotless, highly recommend staying there

Good location and nice hotel

Staying here for a course with Network Rail, Rooms have varied, but all very comfy and spacious, rooms on the even side are cooler and have a slightly better view but they all suit perfectly. and are kept nice and clean! Reception are some of the nicest I've encountered, always jolly and willing to help, something I look forward too every time I walk through the front door! (Amanda & Sukina have been especially helpful! and always bring a smile to my face when I need some assistance after wiping my keycard! But all of reception are incredible! :D ) The food is not too bad but with only a small menu eating out is advised if your here for more than a few days, but having a 24/7 bar is very useful especially If i need a late-night top up on drinks or snacks. Generally an excellent place to say and ideally located for the city it serves, will always be my No1 place to stay when I come back here.

I've been staying in this travelodge in Carlisle central since January for work and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The entire team is fantastic, makes us all feel at home. They're so friendly and always welcome me with the biggest smile. It's like a second family everytime i'm back in carlisle. Sukina, paige, michelle, amanda to mention a few are literally the happiest people on earth!!! deffo deserve a pay rise. Location is perfect, rooms always clean and the staff always do whatever they can to help.

Great hotel, very clean, receptionist is perfect and very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for more! Josh was especially helpful on reception despite it being 10pm, couldn’t have been better

3rd travelodge stay. Never again, No glasses ,no bedside tables ,nowhere to put your clothes in the bathroom apart from the floor ,no hooks to hang a towel etc. ,in the loo.if you book a family room be prepared for a fold up bed and a brick like mattress.
