Hotel in pieno centro di Capri , di fronte alla taverna anela e core , locale più in di Capri , 200 metri si trova la via dello shopping dove ci sono i negozi delle migliori marche , camera ben tenuta e abbastanza pulita potrebbero fare di più nelle pulizie nel complesso tutto ok

Un gran hotel, tiene todas las comodidades, excelente ubicación, Andrea nos recibió y despidió, fue muy atento y amable, lo único que pueden mejorar es tener opciones veganas como leches o yogurts para el desayuno. En general superó nuestras expectativas.

Esperienza positiva. Personale professionale e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Colazione in ambiente accogliente e di buon livello. Ottima posizione della struttura. spaziosa e bella la camera. Ottimo hotel.

After having amazing hotel experiences in Rome and Praiano, I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location and it is a beautiful property; however, I didn’t feel the service was at the level that some of the other reviews mention. Upon arrival, we approached the front desk for check-in. There was a young man that called someone else to check us in. As soon as the other man came out to check us in, he looked at us like we had 3 heads, as if we weren’t what he was expecting, (I mean, my name is French, so maybe he was expecting a member of a royal family). There was no “welcome”, no conversation, I was just asked for my cc and it was all very transactional. We spent about five minutes and the entire time, I noticed the man looking at my husband up and down as if he was confused with the fact that we were staying there. I’d hate to think the obvious, but based on his demeanor I think it was pretty clear. At the breakfast area we did come across a really nice lady that was very friendly and helpful, but again, she was one of three breakfast attendants that acknowledged us. All other other hotels we stayed at treated us with respect and so much friendliness, so to say this was disappointing it’s an understatement.

We have stayed here 4 times. This was the first time we were disappointed with our room which was quite small, no balcony/outside sitting area. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel is clean. Staff are efficient. I enjoyed playing with Miro.

The hotel is conveniently located but tucked away in the central Capri square. The room was spacious and had a balcony. Breakfast included fruits, pastries, and charcuterie. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to otheres.

Location, location, location - smack in the middle of all action. Staff was extremely helpful in arranging day trips. I’m waiting on a package they agreed to mail me.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit, some savory items and sweet items. Hotel is right in the heart of Capri shops. Bit of a push with the suitcases to get to the hotel from the square, but doable.
