The people are very nice. They offer a restaurant in the same building. The beds were a little bit hard but its good for the price. The breakfast was inclusive, pretty good. The entrance and hallway smelled like poop, this is common here because the Canals are not deep under the floor. And i think this building was a Tannery in the Past, which also explains the smell in the elevator, it has a strong smell like Pee. But the room and bathroom are nice. I cant complain.

Siamo arrivati fatto il check-in abbiamo preso l'ascensore c'era un cattivo odore solo dopo abbiamo scoperto che era dovuto alla rottura della pompa dell'acqua reflue. Stanza datata e buia, di notte molto rumoroso si sente il condizionatore della stanza accanto. il bagno buio,4 wc macchiato internamente e la tavoletta rotta, il box doccia e il piatto doccia con sporco incrostato. Colazione scarsa non da 4 stelle e alla richiesta di un limone per il thè non né avevano, con tutte le prelibatezze che offre la Sicilia è stato davvero deludente vedere il succo d'arancia industriale nessun dolce tipico del luogo. Hotel deludente!

Ottima posizione, hall molto carina, parcheggio privato, personale della reception e del ristorante molto cortese. Camera mansardata piccola ma comoda, sconsigliata a persone alte , caratteristica ma non la riprenderei a favore delle altre camere con balcone. Colazione buona dolce e salata. Assolutamente da rimediare il cattivo odore all'interno dell'ascensore dovuta ad una rottura della pompa delle acque reflue, come descrittomi. Si dovrebbe rimediare temporaneamente con dei deodoranti d'ambiente. Tutto sommato una buona ospitalità. Ci tornerò.

Assolutamente NON un 4 stelle! Non curato, con lenzuola macchiate, asciugamani bucherellati, doccia fissa posta molto in alto quindi impossibile non bagnarsi i capelli. Chiedo una cuffia per capelli e mi viene risposto che non ne hanno a disposizione. Sorvolo sui saponi! Porta spazzolino wc attaccato al bidè, mura del bagno con presenza di muffa. Avevo prenotato per 2 notti sono subito scesa in reception per annullare la prenotazione del giorno seguente. Colazione scarsa.

Sono stato con mia moglie per una breve vacanza. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della disponibilità a partire dal direttore e dalle ragazze della reception. Posizione strategica vicinissimo al mare.. posto auto interno... ma anche se è un po' datato la caratteristica è la pulizia.

Appena arrivato mi hanno detto che non potevo pagare con carta perché era " rotto il pos" , poi mi hanno chiesto se potevo fare un bonifico istantaneo . A 2 passi dal mare . Stanze datate , nel complesso pulite. Colazione scarsa. Parcheggio riservato. Il giorno successivo il pos funzionava, della serie ci provano. Io non ci ritorno sicuramente.

Nos levantamos a las 5 de la mañana con las camas y el piso inundados porque se había roto una tubería en el piso superior. Tuvimos que coger el coche e ir al otro edificio que tienen a unos 500 metros mas o menos. No pegamos ojo en toda la noche y el encargado como si no hubiera pasado nada. Increíble!!!
