As usual the reception, and bar staff were kind, attentive and happy to make your stay a memorable one. Rooms and common areas are spotless. We were disappointed with changes made to the restaurant. The food, though plentiful seemed to lack planning and variety. We were horrified to see metal tongs in use at the toaster when wooden ones were available last year. We will return next year as this is a wonderfully situated hotel with lovely staff but will have to reconsider the board options.

A wonderful holiday with the native by the sea. We were very satisfied with the hotel. Rooms with sea view. The food was great. We had cocktails and ice cream at the bar. Pool and beach right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good beds, nice breakfast. Beautiful view from the balcony! You can see the see :) and the beautiful bay with sandy beach, and river's estuary. Nearby Cuevas de Artà, worth the visit. You can go there on food.Car rental was really close, we parked our car in the parking near the hotel, every time there was a free place to park. Canyamel is small, but really nice with restaurants and shops so it is possible to spend the whole stay here without car trips.

Excellent service for a large hotel. Good position on the beach with view over the bay. Wish it had been a longer stay but had pre booked another venue. Could not fault the service and very handy shops and supermarkets nearby

Absence of drinks in the fridge, no breakfast in the room, bar with ridiculous closing times, paid pool loungers, hotel closing at night!! could be two stars for the services offered

Beautiful hotel but especially the service is perfect. We had a wonderful moment. Congrats to the team of barmaids and waiters who do an AMAZING JOB and always smiling ;) the hotel is also very clean and comfortable. I really recommend to everyone.

We were full board and the food was pretty amazing. We were very impressed with the amount of choice. Our room with sea view was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Choice of pool or beach. Small town but one of the better places to swim in the sea on this part of the coast. Very friendly and you are guaranteed a sunbed when you pay 16 euros for the weeks use. Free drinking water on every other floor to refill your bottle. Down sides were that there were just 2 very small lifts and they get very busy at meal times so I used the stairs to the 6th floor which was actually good exercise! When in the restaurant you have to pay for your water, even though its free in the hallways.

it was just a great vacation! wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. beach at 50m, sea view from the balcony. very friendly and helpful staff, many thanks to Marga and Lidia. pool sunbed payment system is convenient, food is excellent! (was half board) in general - strongly recommend!

Overall it was a good stay, but I’d like to point the following: Good: - There’s a free water refill machine in every floor - The staff in general is nice and ready to attend your needs - You get a welcome drink of your choice, excluding the fanciest cocktails - The room was clean and tidy upon arrival - Good location, in front of a good beach and with some useful facilities nearby (supermarket, stores and pharmacy) Bad: - The worst part were the hidden costs, namely: the pool towels (6€/week or 2€/day; plus a deposit of 20€ that they return at check-out; the good thing is you can change the towels whenever you want) and the sunbeds by the pool (16€/week or 3€/day); - The food was average-low regarding taste and variety - The cleaning crew didn’t refill our shower gel/shampoo during our stay
