For a family one night stay at £75.98 including breakfast... it worked. £54.00 for a family room (2 adults, 2 children) then £21.98 for two adult breakfasts (which included two free childrens breakfasts) We were due to drive from Holyhead to Newport.. around a 6 hour drive but due to storm Floris we decided to arrive 1 day earlier and have a midway stopover. I do like the Premier Inns, they're normally good (except Maidenhead) Cannock Orbital had free parking, clean, good breakfast etc. The TV was small. We arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and the carvery was sold out, they directed us to the sister Beefeater in Cannock. We drove there and their carvery was also sold out. It would've been nice if they rang their other branch than blindly send us there. We ended up eating in the other Beefeater and didn't spend as much, I would've had a few glasses of wine if I wasn't driving. Other things to mention, there was only one plug on one side of the main bed and no usb charger ports. (I've been in better Premier Inns where they had plugs/usb chargers on each side of the bed) As a cheap stopover, it worked well just off the motorway. It would've been nice to have a bigger TV and plugs each side of the bed, so I deducted a point. But... I'd stay there again if I really needed to break up a long drive.

Lorry park. Pub perfect food great rooms clean Downside artic Lorry’s park up right outside your window with the engine running can see inside your room this goes on all night. Poor show.

My wife and I had 2 wonderful nights in this fine premier inn (Cannock) we were looked after and left us very pleased with our choice of hotel - we found a very warm professional team here and would not hesitate to recommend or make future bookings

We were very disappointed with this Premier Inn. We have stayed at quite a few but this one we feel was the worse one so far. When we arrived it was a nightmare finding a parking space & when we finally entered the hotel there was nobody on reception. Room was clean but was quite dim & tired. Bed seemed alot smaller than what we have stayed in at previous Premier Inns and was quite hard. We went to the restaurant adjoining the hotel for dinner. The food wasn't great, but we were tired from travelling all day so couldn't be bothered to go out to look for somewhere else.

We have used this hotel on many occasions and have always found the staff to be exceptional especially the manager Carol. The bedrooms an simple but functional and the beds are super comfortable.

Hotel very clean staff were really friendly and helpful, the bar staff downstairs were very helpful and friendly also food was 10/10 price was good cannot fault the place at all.

Turned up and Katie was on reception - what a wonderful lovely person she is. We had some problems and she was able to help us out with our large party of 20. She is a credit to your staff. Many thanks Katie.

The staff here truly make this place wonderful. Especially Katie, who is genuinely kind and considerate. She always wears a smile no matter how her day is going and takes the time to listen to us as customers. This level of care is very rare these days! Have been coming here for the last 15-20 years from Ireland. Always find the staff very welcoming, and very friendly but in a professional manner. Rooms are always spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfortable. A big shout out to Carol, Nina and Jade who always make us feel very welcome! I would say though the bathrooms are starting to look a bit old and shabby and a refurb wouldn't go a miss.

Standard size room, all looking somewhat tired… decor, furniture and fittings, bathroom to carpet in room complete with staining! Air conditioning noisy as was the bathroom fan and requiring clean. Staff friendly and helpful and appreciate they are working with facilities that need refurbishment. Brewers fayre for meal and refreshment after long drive… unless booked, seating is in pub side! Dirty sticky tables and seating, completely getting order wrong just rounded up to a less than satisfactory stay.

Very friendly staff and a comfortable and clean room. I have stayed here several times on my own and with family. The staff always make us feel very welcome and we will be staying here again soon. Much better quality than another 'inn' nearby.

Stayed here overnight with family, staff were fabulous, rooms were lovely and clean, will definitely be back, good management, tea and coffee readily available **************************************^*************************

What can I say this hotel was amazing the staff were outstanding all of them the manager was so helpful just goes to show when you have a fantastic manager how your staff follow and are also outstanding , we came to stay with family and friends as my daughter was up to do a world title kickboxing bout , which she won 💪 the staff were so helpful nothing was too much they were friendly chatty and anything we needed they done for us , beds were comfy rooms were clean , even the staff in the brewers fayre were brilliant patient with us whilst celebrating my daughters win , will 100% be returning to this hotel without a doubt , thank you all
