Florella Antibes Apartment

The location was phenomenal! What a perfect location - smack bang in the middle of everything. The apar**ent is a fantastic size, large, airy and light filled! Having a washing machine was fantastic, especially for those who are travelling for long periods. The stairs aren’t that big of an issue, however I do recognise I am a (fairly) fit, young person. Improvements: The lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on, luckily we weren’t really sitting on it too much although I would probably recommend the team to replace it as it is not comfortable and a bit stained/has some holes it in. It would be great if the kitchen had some small essentials such as oil, salt, long life milk sachets etc. I have stayed in a lot of apar**ents with kitchens and they have these items which makes it a bit easier to make a meal without having to buy an entire oil bottle. I have seen some reviews speaking to the pre-check in system. I agree it is a bit overwhelming, especially when travelling and having to complete all the forms/portals, however I understand it’s probably necessary. There was one lady working who was a bit rude when we went to take our bags to the office to hold because we were early, even though we were told we could do this.. Apart from these minor things it was a great place to stay!

We booked in the evening and wanted to check in straight away. The order said we had to call a number to get the codes for the key box. We called all numbers we could find and didn‘t get any answers - mails also didn‘t work. Even 2 hours later we still couldn‘t check in. Since we had paid in advance, we were extra worried. We got our money back one day later, but the experience in general wasn‘t pleasant at all. Conclusion: When you let people book on short notice, please make sure they can actually check in.

Apar**ent is perfectly located, close to everything. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was on the higher floor without elevator, but we knew that so was not an issue. I forgot something in the apar**ent when we left and they called to notify me about that. Great customer service . Was very happy with our decision to choose Florella. Thank you.
