"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore everything nearby. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcome. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly that I felt like I was at home, surrounded by family. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. The employees were amazing,kind, professional, and always smiling. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. I will definitely come back in the future and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

"This is a truly bizarre hotel with a terrible stay experience. Please book with caution! 1. Check-in time is 5 PM, which is 2-3 hours later than most hotels. 2. A €150 deposit is required at check-in. This is the only hotel I encountered in France (including Paris) that charges a deposit, and the deposit is enormous! 3. Given the high deposit, we thought there would be something valuable in the room, but it turned out that even basic amenities were missing. The original kitchen stove, tableware, and kettle were all locked in a cabinet, which is quite unusual. Despite being a twin room and registered for two people, there was only one water glass and one large towel in the bathroom. When we asked at the front desk, they reluctantly gave us an extra towel, but said we could only have one water glass and had to share it! 4. The hotel requires guests to take all their trash with them when they check out, but there are no trash cans in the hotel corridors or lobby. We asked the front desk, and they said the trash cans were on the basement level, but there weren't any. Left with no other option, we had to take our trash outside and dump it in a street trash can! In short, a very unsatisfactory hotel!"

"We arrived after a flight that was delayed six hours. The hotel were good and when we arrived we were given our keys by the night porter with no issue and went to the room. The room was compact , smaller than I imagined as was the bathroom however it was clean and in a reasonable condition , not luxury. The hanging space and storage for clothes was adequate if not a little lacking. Balcony was a decent size and pleasant views over the garden. The room did feel hot and quite oppressive during the night. The patio door has shutters and to keep the road noise out these needed to be closed. We had a difficult sleep because the air conditioning want working properly . The breakfast for 24 euro for two was very good value compared to what you got locally. We only had one breakfast and that was because we found we would eat too much and also bran was not available or fresh fruit , the cheeses , cold meets etc were all very good with fresh breads and pastries. The restaurant we didn't use and it was closed some nights. the lady running it was quite stern and never smiled at us once. The kitchen was a mobile unit in the garden so it was not what we wanted. On the second night we realised the air con was not working and it took two more nights to sort that out which really upset us as the temperature was 26 plus so we could not sleep. The staff in reception , room maids and every one else was lovely. For the price the hotel could not be in a better position right in the heart of the area. The air con was repaired and we had the lovely cool room for the rest of our stay. All in all if we had not had an issue with the air-conditioning this hotel with a balcony was very good value."

"Very spacious rooms in a hotel located in an industrial area of the airport where there is nothing nearby, the closest restaurant 2 km away the hotel restaurant is a nightmare I am not able to cook three burgers, raw. Who make you wait more than half an hour or you speak French very well or they pretend not to understand, and if you want eight people to eat they don't even have eight burgers available. And I stayed for 20 days I asked several times to replace a non-working light bulb and in 20 days they were unable to replace it, in fact on the fifth request after 10 days the staff was very annoyed."
