Old English deco hotel, cozy and comfortable. Kind gesture with homemade cookies and tea served in our room. Seemed to have a long history and heritage hotel. Hotel restaurant served nice fish and chips!!

It looks pretty in The photos, but I wanted to book at The Georgetown Inn in Washington, DC, and the platform showed me this B&B. The exact same name resulted in me booking the most expensive room in the hotel but getting no service and swallowing all my money.

LOVE the antique vibe and all the decorations were attention to details xo
Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub.
Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk.
I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there.

Hotel has nice character, the pub is beautiful and well priced.
The rooms are nicely renovated.
My only complaint is that the walls of the hotel rooms are thin and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.

Excellent property! Well-kept and very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. If you’re looking for a unique hotel and unlike the cookie cutter, best western type stays, This is the one.

I loved the handwritten welcome card and the freshly baked cookies. Having a kettle and a tea set with several tea choices was also a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and I loved the claw foot tub.

The staff customer service was fantastic! All of them from the front desk to the restaurant made our stay very enjoyable.
I loved the china tea set and various types of tea that were available in our room. The cookies on the first night and card welcoming us was very thoughtful.

The Georgetown is a lovely Inn conveniently located in Canmore. The room had an old fashion English feel with a lovely tea service with cookies to welcome my arrival. The pub was a pleasant atmosphere, and I enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast. The food and service was very good.
